Look, no flame here.  USF's second team is better than anything FAMU has, so it would only be logical that in a scrimmage with your first team offense against your second team defense, that USF would have a more meaningful timing drills.

Agreed.  I think our offense is better served going against our 1st / 2nd string defense to tune up the passing game than going against an overmatched FAMU D.

Why give UCF (and future opponents) any insight to our passing game when it accomplishes nothing?  Having said that, I would have liked to see a few more attempts on vanilla routes just to get the game time feel experience...

Perhaps USF didn't want show more than want they had to against FAMU to keep future opponents quessing.

i have heard this before .

run vanilla...blah blah blah.

we should have passed more, if only to let other team know we can!
