PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Pittsburgh junior wide receiver Greg Lee injured his right shoulder during training camp and later returned to the field with his right arm in sling.

Lee was expected to be examined Thursday night, said Panthers spokesman E.J. Borghetti.

"You talk about our big-play guy, one of our guys on offense that can really make a play," Pitt wideout coach Aubrey Hill said. "Hopefully, he'll be out just a few days. I think he went after the ball, and as he went for it, he landed on his

shoulder."

Lee went up for a pass from quarterback Tyler Palko and got tangled with safety Tez Morris. Lee caught the ball and hung onto it as the two hit the ground, but Lee banged his shoulder.

A preseason second-team All-America selection by several publications, Lee is a candidate for the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top receiver.

In his first year as a starter last season, Lee had 68 catches for 1,297 yards (19.1 per catch) and 10 touchdowns in 12 games. He led the Big East and ranked sixth nationally with 108.08 yards per game. His yardage total was the fifth-most in the country.

Is that Aubrey Hill the former Florida Wideout from about 11 or 12 years ago?

yes, it's the same aubrey hill who played at florida. he was on carl franks' staff at duke, then coached last season at Elon College in NC before joining Wannstedt's staff. He's a Carol City grad, so should help Pittsburgh's recruiting efforts in Miami ...
