  1. AW might have talent but he is no BJDanies...who toughed it out...BJ is in the NFL .....AW will not.make it..to much talk....
  2. The real problem comes from lack of torque and ...Non-fuel injected engines are a killer in rought seas..... You need torque to hold speed and direction..to go up and down...and .not flounder..or go broadside....engines need to respond when you adjust the throttle... non fuel injected engines are prone to starvation/flooding. and stopping ...not good in rough seas.... If you dont know or do not have a sea anchor read up and get one...it can be a life saver...it will hold the bow into the wind if you have power loss...make sure to have enough line out when deployed... Be smart...not brave.. watch the wave direction, try to reach shore not necesarrily the inlet...watch the cloud formations, study weather paterns..Do Not push the envelope..Epirbs are cheap now ...get the good one... Make sure you have gps and radio to report your position... The Coast Guard has lots of watts you do not.. their antennas are better and might hear you when you cannot hear them... The best part of being old is being able to pick any day of the week to go out fishing.. I regulary went 40-50 miles out in the gulf by myself...know your limitations...discression is the better part of valor.. Be Safe.. Go Bulls
  3. From Pay site...no news other to try and get you to sign up--- Steven Bench began the process of finding a new home yesterday after deciding to transfer from Penn State. Bench has visits scheduled with three programs over the course of the next week. He will make his decision shortly thereafter. to continue.... reading .... Go Bulls
  4. And Hem get the Trophy... Thomas added that FSU coaches did not want to release him and were planning on visiting him to try to talk things over It will be interesting to see how this all plays out... http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/05/14/florida-state-has-no-plans-to-release-five-star-lb-from-nli/ Go Bulls
  5. I'm sure someone on here can get us an update via his Twitter, Facebook, friends, Google Earth, Magnum P.I., airport security tapes, LoJack... JTrue I'm tired of waiting for an update. I figure you would have learned from the FINE STALKING EXAMPLE I set.. but since you are slow on the learning ability i will get back to the grind... Go Bulls
  6. When I dated I always looked at the mother...My buddy said one time the best one is gone....that was the mother the daufgters had issues.. Go Mom.. Go Bulls
  7. This is like blind's man bluff.. Who is going to pull the trigger..first...Interesting how the rotaion is going...one starting at Carolina the other at USF...
  8. It will stay up until Taggart leads our football team to a conference title. Woolard's future depends on USF football's success now. Amen !! Don't see how it matters you did'nt renew your seasonal tickets...Must have read that ten times over...
  9. If we can play FSU, FS, Miami and UCF regardless of conference life would not be bad.. and watch the Ratlers band perform I'm good Go Bulls
  10. Corey Dowlar/ESPN @cdowlar Covering Florida State University for ESPN's @ESPNNoleNation. Avid Manchester United supporter and country music enthusiast The last time we played in [RayJ] versus USF the atmosphere was excellent and the excitement generated among our fan base was unmatched.†This comment was retweeted by Steven Bench... Looks like a very positve review by all parties involved... Thanks you to all USF and FSU staff that made it happen.. GoBulls
  11. Maybe if we weren't on a losing streak to Rutgers and Testicle State we would've had more USF fans. Also the chance to flip your tickets for nearly $300 a pop was a large incentive for many fans. Heresy.......flip tickets for a FSU game...Have You seen a doctor Lately
  12. MY QB pipe dream based on the good stuff... IMO my ideal solution would be to have Brandron Miller start and have Steven Bench redshirt... Steven has his redshirt available and could learn Willie's sytem and have a solid three years as a starter and build up some great stats..for NFL recruiting . If Brandon get hurt then Steven would take over this fall jike BJ Daniels did with Grothe.. White would also be able to ge read shirted learn college football and be ready... Itls a pipe dream...I know.. Go Bulls
  13. IMO this is sports BS by ESPN the touting of Michigan...it just doesnt make sense for someone with one year left who want to play... GRAND RAPIDS -- Michigan still doesn't have a healthy scholarship backup for quarterback Devin Gardner on campus. And it's still looking for one, with a soft June deadline. "Yeah, we are (still looking)," coach Brady Hoke said Monday before the West Michigan Sports Commission Annual Luncheon at the J.W. Marriott in Grand Rapids. "But, it's one of those things where there's a lot of I's to dot and T's to cross to make sure it's the right fit." Michigan was considered a player for former Florida State quarterback Clint Trickett, but he chose West Virginia instead. Arkansas' Brandon Mitchell is another reported possibility. I continue to believe we are in the mix with good posibilities as a destination.. Go Bulls http://www.mlive.com/wolverines/index.ssf/2013/05/michigan_searching_for_graduat.html
  14. Tears of joy must have clouded those glasses...and short memory might be a problem
  15. Steven Bench update... IMO USF is stll the clear choice.....Brandon Mitchell was at Carolina last weekend...I have not heard any other planned visits dates for Brandon.. 10:06 AM ET 05.12 | Steven Bench, the former Penn State quarterback who decided to transfer, will visit Starkville May 20 and 21. The trip will be the final of stop in the freshman's recruiting tour. Bench is scheduled to visit South Florida May 13 and 14. On May 17-19 he plans on visiting North Carolina State. "I'm going in with an open mind right now," Bench said. "I'm going to take my visits, I'm going to make the best decision for me." Temple and Florida International http://www.fannation.com/truth_and_rumors/view/384010-steven-bench-to-visit-miss-st-usf-nc-state
  16. Uh no. A win in his first game against FSU in Tally has a RS Freshman did. And his career overall stats. fully agree with your statement...I was just saying that IMO CWT said look in BJD direction...Lots of kids to look at...and BJD realy deserves it...I am glad that his hard work and dedication paid off.. Go Bulls BJD will be a Bull for life every where he goes like Lee Roy Selmon...
  17. I'm happy to go first....chance of canceling are less...also first University program has greater possibility to impress... with second and third schools ..they have heard the line before.. In this case since it is a transfer IMO The first choice is usually the one he is most interested in…(Trickett—WVU) unless there is a scheduling problem… In this care I believe the other schools would have changed schedules to show their interest.. so the most interest program IMO for him is Willie Taggart and USF So right now I’m optimistic He has the leadership traits we so desperately need… Go Bulls I'm hoping Willie convinces him to cancel the rest of the road trip. I would not look at possible trips to other schools as a negative. He went to QB camp for an evaluation...He is taking his time and making sound decisions...I like it... LEADERSHIP...
  18. Data ???? Yep. As a RS Freshman he should tell the upper classmen to suck it up. Get real. They were trying to get rid of their coach, and succeeded. Wonder how many of those losers will see the field under Taggart. Taggart doesn't like losers. Is there any backup to this.??? I would like to have some reason even dislike their coach for the substandard performace last year...I'm hoping it wasn't talent based.. Go Bulls
  19. Yeah, you're right. The fumbles are nothing compared to all the TD passes Floyd has thrown for us in his limited action and Spring game. Yes, because he's played so many games for USF and his teammates were so motivated in those games they watched passes drop to the turf with no effort to catch them. Yessir, he had a real good team around him in those two and half games. Clearly two and half games on a team that quit is enough to judge a player's entire career by. If he is the QB and the receivers make no attempt to catch them, or motivated then he definately does not pass the leadership test....and we don't need that...
  20. I think this kid will shine at USF....great attitude , work ethic, leadership and ability...he will have a great NFL draft shot at graduation.....He is someone that will mold the new USF Bulls.. from the ashes... Go Bulls
  21. IMO Bowl games and national ranking helped...It will take quality wins against non conference opponents to get back to the better bowls...and recognition..... Then we will be able to attract QUALITY recruits to be "DEPTH" backups and. develop the talent pool over several seasons...National Branding will bring in recruits but I believe no one will step aside and make our future a cake walk... USF also is not in a position to let someone start because of length of time in our program...Some recruits will not be happy but I don't know of any better way... This can have both positive and negative sides... IMO the AAC is not much of a recruiting asset...and USF should not count on it... Go Bulls
  22. Why would ESPN care about USF? Why do people kick dogs...Thet do but usually its not the dogs fault... I would hate to think is was about branding and marketing...
