I agree. For years, everyone said that the Big 12 isn't anything without Texas or Oklahoma. And to be honest, for the past decade Texas hasn't been much more than a blue chip name. Kind of like Notre Dame: usually overrated. At least Notre Dame's actually been to the CFP.
What's going to happen to that big 12 money when those two are gone?
With the SEC being at 16, I find it hard to believe that the rest of the money conferences won't try to go to the same. It sucks that UCF got an alleged invite ahead of us, but I think this story is far from over.
