    Vincent Davis knocked to people unconscious last season. One on a kickoff against UMass where he nearly killed the guy returning the kick before. Getting the best of someone in a drill happens. Literally nothing to worry about there. It's almost as if no one actually knows how football practice works. smh

    I'm not staying at any one place. I'm literally saying hi and sharing pleasantries. I found out I'll be with an entire little league football team... Making sure my gf's kid has a great time.

    Me too... He was only at Safety for that first Spring Ball of Strong's short tenure here. He was moved back to WR the start of the season. But we had some experienced guys and he was young and only played special teams. I think he's sooo smooth and he has great hands.

    It's because of some of those other guys I think he'll get his share of targets. We're not going to do the same thing every game according to Bell. He says he's taking what they give us. I'll bet some guys start seeing double teams or attracting a lot of attention, guy like Dukes moves well through the defense. Has good hands and is a matchup nightmare. He reminds me of a little of Sanu when he was at Rutgers. He's not going to lead us in receiving but I think we'll see him making some big plays for us.

    I'm in shape... I'm actually in really good shape. I may be underestimating myself. But the hangover I'd have... no mistaking that. It takes me a week to get right after I drink now. It literally has to be worth it... When we open up 2-0... I'll drink whatever whenever... lol I'd be down actually... that would be fun

    lol... man I haven't really 'drank' in 3 years. I'm 6'0 230 though, I should be able to put them away... but I'll get drunk too fast and pass out. So Toro would likely drink me under the table.

    I mean it's arbitrary... most people tend to chose offense because they normally score points. On defense I could have easily said Hampton, Reeves, Kegler, Sawtelle, Davis, or even Studstill... I also think Patrick Macon has the potential to be one of our best defensive players. Macon actually has 2 years left... he should have a medical redshirt, he had a foot injury and never played a game at OSU. You rarely see a JUCO LB rated as a 4 star... I think we got lucky when we got this guy. He's was that national juco player of the year. Don't be shocked if he cracks the starting lineup opposite Nicco I mean he literally could end up being our best defensive guy

    Barnett Cronk McDoom Wilcox Reeves In no particular order I really think Reeves will have a monster year. I think he's going to have double digit sacks.

    Bell said they'll play 8 or 9 Wrs... so he'll get looks. He had a big spring, dont see why that won't continue.

    He's 5'5 180... He has the stature of someone 5-11 205.. he's a durable guy... he's thick.

    He got moved back to WR last season. He actually had like 3 catches or something. But he seemed to be putting it together in the spring and a kid with that size and athleticism... I think he may do some things.

    Honestly I'd be shocked if the media stayed for an entire preseason practice. Has nothing to do with ignoring USF, football season is around the corner. I mean the priority is the season about to start. I've actually seen a lot of positive press on my twitter feed about USF. I follow a variety of news services. and reporters. There will be hype around this team with the season starts..

    I tend to favor rivals rankings. But honestly it's somewhat arbitrary... I love this kids instincts and athletic ability . He plays fast.

    I do give Taggart credit for that Bay Made Bay stayed bay played. That has caught on.

    The only thing is they changed the way the rankings were given since then. They adjusted so that there were not so many 4 star recruits and the services use a different metric. So it's not really a fair comparison... some of the guys then would not have been ranked as high today. But I get your point... and don't disagree with it completely. I'll also say back in the day... not a lot of guys stayed home to play at USF. We did not recruit local well at all. Normally these guys were gone to other schools... I think that is a big deal. We're keeping and getting back a lot of local guys who gave zero f's about the Big East. The still weren't coming to USF. That changed under Taggart.

    considering the many thousands of high school football players going on to play college ball on some level... I'd say grabbing the 713th player is pretty **** good. kid can ball. Has nothing to do with the fact he chose us over Nebraska, Pitt, NC, etc... he can flat out ball. He's an impact player.

    Wilcox will go in the second or 3rd round... possibly first depending on his season. Sounds crazy right? But it's true

    This year I suffer no more... For this season we dine with the gods! This is the year of the Bull and as much as it doesn't pain me to say this, we are about to start a new era.... it's going to start with bang when we knock off Wisconsin. They are not the 17th rank team in the country, they're just holding our spot.
