    There is absolutely zero reason to pick otherwise right now. We're better than last year when we finished last. They're worse than last year when they finished first. That leaves a lot of ground in the middle to make up. In a single game, of course we have a great chance to beat them at home this year, but this is conference finish. Even when we were good, we were bad at that.

    For the USF game they had their main cameras on cherry pickers outside the stadium.

    He's on those lists as a KR/PR, not WR. This isn't moving Megatron to defense. Not to mention, he was playing DB in the Spring so it's not a complete shock.

    It sucks. I can taste the cancer cells from the aspartame any time that stuff ever reached my mouth. Ain't nothing like the real thing, baby. I see you prefer the diabeeeetus. Coke zero is Splenda not aspartame. Dead to me. At least for this thread. I drink water 90% of the time and exercise regularly so I prefer good tasting soda when I drink it, over the ... Uhhhh ... Stuff that's not sugar, but made from sugar or what not. Nobody knows what the hell Splenda is, so I'll go with good ol' sugar in my Cocola Classic. Coke hasn't utilized real sugar, except when it releases limited editions of it, generally it contains high fructose corn syrup. Mexican Coke. Reason number 683246 to go to the Taco Bus.

    Also not a bad thing. So whats his deal, I'm trying to follow the timeline of posts here. He played for CWT, left football for a year when Bobby showed up, is now walking on?

Thanks, Hem...not sure if a walk on this late in the season can help, but seems like a quality add for a walk on. No harm in taking a local kid who's not going to cost a thing. Maybe a few Plant kids drop by to say hello.

    I think I'd have to say it a second time at the very least in order for it to be an every other sort of occurrence. But sure, put me down on record as saying I think FSU will out recruit us this year.

    I didn't say that at all. When we do beat out FSU or the like, I'm ecstatic, but I'm also not naive enough to believe that's going to happen with any regularity in the near future. All kids are going to have different opinions, but most kids seem to like most of the things FSU has when compared to us. Doesn't mean we shouldn't try just because we're going to miss out more often than not until we start giving them a reason to pick us.

    Either you believe FSU has some advantages over us and losing players to them is inevitable or you believe CWT should be winning a lot more of these battles since the two programs are equal.

    This is good stuff guys. I completely agree that a thread is needed to explore this idea further. A poll would also be incredibly useful.

    It was probably 50/50 for the 3 USF games. I'm also a grown man and I've become quite adept at avoiding teenage douchebags. You did a "search" and came up with that? It's called a "scroll" when it's something I said about 6 posts ago.

    You sound like a UCF fan to me! If I were a UCF fan, I'd be laughing at how you have to use an event that didn't actually happen to you as your reason for hating the stadium. Then I'd say the other things you're whining about were probably made up too. Luckily, I'm a USF guy just trying to spare you from breaking this argument out in person and giving all of us a bad name.

    I've been to a handful at their stadium, including both of our games and the Texas game.
