    Every single coach that comes here will be looking for a better job until USF is in a top tier conference. They fired the one that would have stayed. I wouldnt put Willie in the category of soft coaches and he would have probably stayed another year until FSU called if we were still in the big east. At this point the odds are that if you take this job then you will be worse off.

    I would say whoever is hiring the president would be the ownership. Who came out with the knee-jerk stadium reaction when UCF passed us up? It wasn't MK or Law...

    The issue is above them. When pro teams are perennial losers across multiple coaches and GMs the ownership is the problem. The same thing is happening here.

    Sure in the business world. Coaching is a smaller group of people who generally don't place blame....unless in unusal circumstances.

    Hate to beat a dead horse with this, but if the previous staff were changing the culture why would there be chemistry issues? Todd Orlando said something similar in that they needed to get closer as a team. Quotes like this and some others from Golesh make you wonder what the heck the previous staff was doing? Obv not too much, but it makes me feel better about this new staff.

    The people who hired the ADs and presidents need to be evaluated. They are the ones who fell asleep at the wheel once USF got in the big east. The admin has been a complete failure.

    He strikes me as the kinda guy coaches love. When it comes to actual games he isn't that good. Then throw in the once a game unsportsmanlike penalty or blown coverage and he hurts the team.

    This guy deserves all that is coming in the PAC even though that is better than what USF is playing against. Who hired this guy again?

    This years draft is very deep at TE which sucks for him. Hope he finds a spot.

    yeah Tia's was a good one. UA on nickel beer night was rowdy and they had a great beer pong night too.

    They need to hire a quality coach. Until they seriously consider someone with baggage that can win I don't think they care enough about athletics. I don't know basketball well enough, but someone like Pitino and Gregg Marshall should be seriously looked at.

    i agree. acc and pac look like they are gonna be the old big east. anyone and everyone looking to get out to something better.

    Instead of the "U" I am looking for one with "USF" in these same colors. Picked one up at a game a couple years ago and have not been able to find another since.

    Not all coaching hires are weighted equally. The ones that pay bills have been awful.

    Maybe the problem here is the people hiring the president and AD? Two bad ADs and a bad president. Who knows about Law yet, but she seems on board with turning sports around.

    Would be cool if they called out all of the old spots in some manner. Have the concourse areas named like greenery lane, peabodys blvd, copper top road, etc...
