Mccoy was definitely given a chance to showcase himself. And he did well enough that i think the jets make a move. I want to believe its almost certain bj gets a ton of playing time in the last preseason game. However he practically ruined wallaces chance to shine tonite. So we will see. I agree 100% about him making the team. No way they risk putting him through waivers. Either seattle or even washington would snag him

I took it as a final warning shot to the vets that if they dont step it up then hes going to roll with the guys that he brought in. Im sure taggart wants to rs white. That would be ideal. But this is also the first guy taggart wanted. I mean, it was "hello usf" then, boom, offers mike white. This is taggarts guy. Idk where bench stands because all ive heard bout him is he rolled his ankle in a practice. But we have heard about specific plays mike white has made. I would give him the edge. And im just gonna paraphrase what taggart wants to say: "floyd will hurt us more than help us. And eveld is flat out boring." That doesnt sound too good to me. The only knocks on white is he is a bit slender and hes a newbie. Question is: once he grasps enough of the offense, will taggart pull the trigger?

If "familiarity with the offense" is the only thing keeping eveld/floyd ahead of white and bench, then their careers will be over by october if not sooner. The closer we get to the season, the more i feel mike white might end up ultimately being the starter. And as crazy as it seems-- maybe not-- but it looks like bench is actually the number 4 guy rite now. I mean, how much more different is taggarts offense compared to penn states? And not only did bj take sacks instead of throwing picks, he made the plays to keep te drive alive! I mean how many third downs did he convert on that drive? Three? That was the ideal drive for a harbaugh offense

Any team with a solid defense will beat us. Michigan state is supposed to be pretty stout. I know the game isnt in september, but watch out for memphis. They had the best defense in c-usa last year and return a lot on defense. That game i wouldnt be shocked if we list
