  1. Should see more season tickets buyers as the start of the season comes around. I would be fairly happy with a 20K total this year. Then LOOK OUT next year after we win the BE
  2. If we do a 1 for 1 with a team like ILL. we should insist on the upper hand and schedule the games when WE want them. ILL should not have any power over us in the negotiations.
  3. Scout.com is a total questionable authority AT BEST
  4. Let's fill the place up. Spread the word!!
  5. Here are the Official USF colors Pantone Matching System PMS 343 green PMS 4515 gold CMYK process builds Green: 100C, 0M, 69Y, 60K Gold: 0C, 8M, 47Y, 23K Metallic gold PMS 872
  6. Agreed, even the 2006 National Champs lost to Auburn!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D
  7. Well deserved, he stepped up when we needed him to do so. Now can he compete with what we have now?? The Spring will be interesting at RB.
  8. I think this will move us into a solid position as on of the FLORIDA BIG 4. After winning the BE in 2007, we will compete with the UF's for some of the top talent (note I said some). Opinions of recuriting Classes are just that and everyone has one. What ulitmately counts is what the coaches does with the talent!!!!
  9. These are great additions. Hopefully they are what is needed to thke our offense to the next level. Remember the excitement of the offense in the first years when Canales was OC? This is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :)
  10. Actually 2 new commits Claude Davis, DE, Lakeland, 3-Star Kvinski McGee, TE, Pahokee, 3-Star
  11. Can't wait for the season Maybe if we pay a month earlier it will seem like it is coming faster???? ;D ;D
  12. Have a brother that lives up there, so it is a definite MAYBE!!!!
  13. Not sure pay was an issue for Rod Smith, we needed to get rid of him anyway!!! Good riddance!!!!! Correct, USF is not ready for an OCS AND doesn't have the MONEY!!!! AND no need, RJS is a great asset.
  14. Flip You don't have to be Alum to attend. It's a Bulls gathering, just sponsored by the Alumni Chapter. But, hey I'm open to a Bar-B-Q also!!!!!!!!!!
  15. I ordered one back in early Nov. Hope to get it in the next couple of weeks.
  16. The idea of the Kick-off social for Wed. Feb. 7th is to plan meet other Bulls and develop ideas for future meetings and activities. I hope many of y'all will be able to make it. Been trying to get the Polk Alums (and general Bulls fans) semi-organized for the past year or so. Open to ideas and suggestions. P.S. We will hopefully be showing a replay of the PapaJohns.Com Bowl win. on the Big Screen during the social.
  17. Better Yet. The Polk Alumni Chapter already has done your bidding. We have a after work gathering planned for Wed. Feb 7 5:30-7:30 at Lillian’s Music Store – Main Street Downtown Lakeland Check the Polk Chapter Alumni Site for more info. http://www.usfalumni.net/polk
  18. All this rating stuff is really a reach. The rankings are based on what SCOUT.COM thinks we need and how we have satisfied it. They still have us behind UConn which is really a joke!!! If they are such great acessers of talent, why aren't they working for a school or an NFL team. Basically coaches wanna-bes
  19. He's nothing but a BLOWHARD Couldn't make it as a golfer Supports drinking and driving Talks almost 50% of time about gambling and lines/point spreads. Always acts like he has an inside story, yet never follows up. We need someone in this area that brings all sports news not only what they like. Need a BULLS supporter.
  20. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Tragic loss for his family, friends, USF family, and the world. RIP Keeley
  21. Welcome back. Hope to meet you some time soon.
  22. There is just NO Justification in even talking about an OCS. Student attendance = (take last year) 7500 avg. say you double that to 15,000. There is not 15,000 students living closer to the OCS than RJS. The remaining avg. attendance 30,000, (still double the "doubled students number) is Alums, most of which live closer to RJS than and OCS. Hell people complain about making the drive from Downtown Tampa to the Trop. saying it's too far (15 -20 min.). Now how many people are we going to attract from St. Pete/Clwr. when they have to "drive all the way over to the campus (45 min-1-1/2 hour)"???? Gainesville, nothing else to do except attend the game, or drink (not a bad alternative) Tallahassee, nothing else to do except attend the game, or drink (not a bad alternative), or "spend money & make new laws (BAD Alternative!!!!) Tampa, go to USF game, stay home and watch UF/FSU (bad alternative), Lightning, Devil Rays (worse alternative), Beach, etc. etc. etc. etc. TOO many other alternatives. If we make it a "chore" to come to the game for the Alums (i.e. OCS), they won't!!!! You have to accept the reality, Student attendance is not what this is about. It is about the Alums that pay for the tickets and an OCS is not what the Average Bulls fan (the ones that are not on the Board) wants!!!! They want easy access, nice ammenities, etc. THAT IS RJS!!!!!!! RJS quality would cost $100-$150 million and up. THis money right now needs to be pumped into Baseball, softball, soccer fields, facilities, etc. Then we can start to talk OCS.
  23. Louisville (tomorrow night) and Cinn. (Sat.) yet to play.
