  1. For those that are thinking of writing a letter maybe I didn't clarify myself in the challenge. Basically what I did was I wrote a letter and then attached a letter to Julia Reed. I did not mean to just email her. But if you want to email a message to the team it can be sent through her and she is printing them out and giving them to Coach & the team. They are very happy to be receiving what letters and emails that have been sent so far. She is printing them up and giving them to coach Willie T. And he is going to give it to the team.
  2. Contrary to it sounding maybe dumb on your part, I have already talked to Julie for Coach T and she said that keep the emails coming the team really needs those words of encouragement and it is appreciated & they are happy that we as fans are getting behind them to show our support & help them thru this.. If you do not want to participate just "DO NOTHING"
  3. Mods feel free to pin this. DO SOMETHING I am a die hard Bull’s fan. I bleed green & gold just like the rest of most of you. Last night was a hard pill to swallow but you know that challenge that was put before us as Bull’s doesn’t just apply to the players or coaches. What is our role as a Bull’s fan. So far all I have seen is complaining and pointing fingers. I was always taught when you start pointing fingers you should always look at the 3 pointing back at you. The major complaint is no talent, coaching, they don’t understand Bull’s Pride. Well moaning and groaning about things I understand helps soothe the savage beast so to speak but it still does not heal a bleeding wound. So I am ready as a fan to “Do Something†that hopefully can make a difference in these player’s lives. I am not going to sit by and be part of the problem, I want to be part of the solution. We are just as much a part of this team as those on the field. I have lived quite a few years and seen a lot of adversity in my life and so have many of you. We learned from it hopefully. However maybe it’s time to pass on that wisdom that we have learned and make a difference in these players. Let them see the heart of a true Bull! I am laying a challenge before each of you. Think of what it would say to each player if a huge amount of letters arrives to our football team this week prior to them leaving for Michigan. These letters would be filled with words of encouragement and what it means to us to be Bulls Nation. This would be a letter written to the team to let them know when they go on that field they take us on the field with them. We never give up and when our backs are against the wall we come out fighting. That is what a bull does. No one can tame it. Just think for minute if each person & coach on that team got one or more of these letters handed to them. Let them feel Bull Pride in action rather than seeing nothing but complaining and criticism. Our team needs fans that are going to walk along side them even when the chips are down. This is a tangible way we can “Do Something†to show our support. Even if I am the only fan who does this at least I “Did Somethingâ€! It’s time we as fans stand along side the team and help get them through this. We need to dig deep like we are asking them to do and here is the address to send these letters: University of South Florida Attn: USF Football @ Leroy Selmon Athletic Center 4202 E. Fowler Ave. Tampa, Florida 33620 Or better yet email an attached letter to Willie’s Executive Assistant, Julia Reed @ juliareed@usf.edu. Just put in the subject line: Team Encouragement Letter. Can you imagine coming in to work and have your email box blown up by letters of encouragement instead of complaining.
  4. If some were there for the "stampede parade" Both Z-Bull & I noticed there was no team enthusiasm & when they came out of the tunnel the team was flat like just going through the motion. Mcneese was totally different they had a fire in their belly & a hunger to win. You could see it doing warm-ups and comparing the two teams how they acted in warm-ups during the drills. So attitude and mental toughness does play a part. The whole thing was a combination. Not one specific thing. So pick your priorities and start from there. Priority being defensive line secondary and settle the quarterback situation. I think that is rather obvious regarding the quarterback. However we still did not get to see any of Bench last night. That question still remains. We will definitely be there on Monday night to get some questions answered from Willy T At Beef O Bradys for his show.

  8. Hey Snarling Bull check your messages on the Bulls pen I sent you a PM the other day. Give me a call.
  9. One thing for sure Coach Taggart has brought back a discipline that I think has been lacking in the last couple years. One obvious thing that sticks out is the conditioning regime they now go through. So instead of the team playing half of a football game They should be able to play four quarters instead of two. Also he has surrounded himself with a good coaching staff that has united together to work with the team therefore there is consistency which there was not in the previous regime. The rest will be laid out on the field this season and in the next couple to come. He is young he can relate to the team and he has had some very good mentors with the Harbaugh's.
