    I'd count Cantu, Brutcher, Ethan Brown, Ben Rosenblum, Sankovich, the Mink brothers, and maybe a few others as gone either by graduation or portal or draft. The other interesting ones will be Rivera, Mayo, Brodil, Montes. At times these guys were on the bench for significant amount of games. The guys we don't want to see leave are Snow, Boser, Cebert, and Betancourt. These are going to be the core group to build around

    Coach Bo Durkac is gone now too, so only Billy Mohl remains. Also LHPs Parker Seay and Josh Cone have entered the transfer portal. Neither were big contributors so no big loss there

    The portal will be as big as football or basketball in my opinion. Looks like both assistant coaches are gone. Pitching Coach Karsten Whitson and Coach Bo Durkac are no longer on staff. Aside from that, LHP Parker Seay and Josh Cone are in the transfer portal. Seay was ineffective and little used this past season and only has one year left. Cone wasn't used at all, so I'm not sure if he was injured or redshirted so he has 4 years left. So CBM better bring in guys that will help him win alot more games next year or he'll be next

    What a game! Kudos to the hitters and to Mink as he was the unsung hero of the game. Unless we get a huge start from our starting pitcher in the next game we'll be done in 2 games. It will have to be Lawson Gailey. He's pitched well at times, but he'll need to eat up at least 5 innings tomorrow. Austin Grause and Chandler Dorsey will need to give us solid efforts too with maybe Nolan Hudi too as he only went one inning yesterday. We have to win and get that extra off day or were done. If we win we might be able to piece together 2 more games, but it will be tough if we have to pitch back to back games at any point. Keep mashing boys!

    Cantu done for the year too. I wonder if we lose some of this young talent to the portal? Gotta figure Cantu and Brutcher are gone too with the MLB draft

    Pushed back to 4:10 due to weather. These midweek games at this point really don't mean much for us, aside from trying to get some pitchers some positive outings before our conference tournament.

    Strange move not starting Boogie considering he dominated the Tinmen a few weeks ago. I think he went 7 scoreless and struck out 11 batters in that game. Need a solid start from Mink on Friday to set the tone. Gotta win Game 1

    Season has been a huge disappointment in my opinion. The terrible non conference record can not be overlooked and it means we have to win the AAC Tournament which isn't likely to happen. After the weekend starters there is really no pitcher that we can count on to get outs consistently. I'm not calling for anything to happen mid season, but it needs to happen after the season. It would take a miracle for us to end strong and get to the NCAA tournament. All games are meaningful to me.

    Great job tonight. Gotta beat the teams we're supposed to. Bobby Boser had a couple of home runs tonight. Nice to see him back in the regular lineup and producing. Need some punch from the right side. Daniel Cantu had 4 hits including a home run. Drew Brutcher had 3 more hits out of the 7 slot tonight. Need both of these guys to stay hot vs Houston this weekend. All of the pitchers that were used tonight looked pretty good. I think that makes us 14-19 on the season. Go Bulls!

    Great series by the Bulls. Starting pitching has been the difference. When we get solid starts it gives our team a shot. The offense has proven that we can score at times. 4-2 in conference right now. I would have predicted 2-4 at this point. Long way to go, but things aren't as bleak as they were 3 weeks ago.

    Bulls took care of business tonight beating the Green Wave in 7 innings, 15-3. Hunter Mink pitched another good game, going 6 only giving up 1 run. Offensively everyone was hitting. Daniel Cantu crushed a homer in the 1st and the Bulls never looked back. CBM moved Drew Brutcher to the 7 slot tonight, but it didn't matter much as the whole lineup produced and had good at bats all night. I think Tulane hit 6 batters tonight. Need to win tomorrow and take the series. Go Bulls!

    Brutchers power stroke showed up tonight. Big 2 run homer. Both sides were very chippy. Tinmen got a warning after they hit a home run in the 8th and they said something like "you f#*king suck" It was directed at Pitcher Nolan Hudi who an inning before was chirping at one of their players and threw an F bomb at them. Tomorrow will be interesting. Need another good start, this time from Jack Cebert. Go Bulls!

    Not sure where the power has gone, but he hasn't been as dangerous of a hitter as years past. Still a .300 hitter but just not driving the ball. The Ks are concerning. He flashed some if this last year too. Needs to find his groove again. Need him to be more of a power threat for this team to be better.

    Also mentioned a football village or athletics village across from the IPF. First I've heard about this. Would love to see the renderings of this.

    Great effort from our Bulls tonight. Ethan Brown pitched 7 and 1/3 scoreless innings and Riley Skeen went the rest of the way in a 2-0 victory. Clutch RBIs from Travis Sankovich and Rafael Betancourt plated the 2 runs. One of the cleanest games we've played all year. Hopefully we can get one more win over there and take the series. Go Bulls!

    I believe it's not an injury and more of a benching by CBM. He played the last few innings against Bethune Cookman, but hasn't started in over a week. Might be in CBM's doghouse at the moment.

    We couldn't afford Kingston. South Carolina has a way bigger budget than us when it comes to a Head Baseball Coach. If it wasn't them someone else from a power conference would have gotten him.

    Never met him, but this is such sad news. Prayers for his family and friends.

    Funny thing is this game was tied 3-3 when the 7th inning started. We needed 7 relievers to get through the last 9 outs. VCU isn't even that great of a team. We have 33 games left, 24 of which are conference games. We are winning at a .333 percentage so that would only give us 11 more wins at this rate. We would finish with 19 Wins. So unless something changes Billy will be gone.
