    Career-high 38 attempts for Flowers tonight. That stat was a bit surprising to me. I think the biggest issue with Gilbert is his offense is too basic. Very few screens, reverses, and misdirection.

    I agree. Just hoping Strong figures it out at some point like Taggart did.

    Until the Memphis game in 2015 Taggart was still trying to run that Stanford, double tight end, pro style BS. With Flowers, Mack and Adams on the roster.

    I agree. Was just pointing out that Willie tried to force his system here too. Hopefully Strong figures it out sooner than later, but I am afraid he is too old school/conservative. He wants to run the ball and win with defense.

    It took Willie a couple of years to figure it out here.

    He was more accurate in Willie's GCO. Gilbert's system is not a good fit for him.
