    Dodd wrote me back and said most likely 2025 is when the break-up would occur (If it happens), simply because the other schools don't have anywhere to go to make as much money.Have to hope somebody can pay Texas and OU a boatload of money to leave... That would shake things up for us. We have some time.

    Somebody else needs to emerge wanting to pay for College Football content. ESPN has no incentive to pay us more if nobody else wants to pay us at all. We need to create leverage for our product, or don't expect a raise anytime soon. I don't think it's that far fetched that ESPN starts to "De-emphasize" College Football as a whole, and tries to pay all parties less, or just what they are paying now. The money train has ended at ESPN, and we could feel that pinch very soon.
