Was anyone else disappointed in the non-existence of a pre-game show?  There was absolutely zero pre-game on the field except for the presentation of a charity check and the national anthem sung by a local fire fighter.  We did not hear a voice on the PA system until 10 minutes to 11:00.  I've been to other bowls and there is usually some local kids or bands plus some delivering of the ball and team flags, etc.  Jeez, if the City or the Bowl did not want to spend the dough for a pre-game show, they could have at least invited the 2 bands to do an old half time show before the game.
