This is well stated. Gonna be honest, I thought the BYU game was gonna be tough. Now I’m to the point where I believe KB will keep making USF improve. This season will feel a lot better than last season and that is what we need to see to keep moving in the winning direction

If BB is healthy enough we may be looking at a Two Headed Monster at QB soon with both BB and McCloud getting reps.

Flying up on Thursday staying at the Crown Plaza in Annapolis. Going to the Friday calling all Bulls at Faldo’s Irish Pub and also the alumni tailgate

Think they are getting better as their gain confidence. Teams trying to run side to side instead of up the middle will struggle against USF fast defense. However good run blocking teams will have a field day against us

Last years offense would have CCS fired right about now. If you think SG’s offense would have came back against BYU then I don’t think you see how better we are this year than last season

I’m watching the replay right now and best part that I noticed is KB chewing him out on the side line when he overthrew McDoom. KB was teaching him right there and it looks like he was motioning how the route was supposed to go and McCloud missed it. I think it is correctable as it looks like miscommunications. Think he is trying to learn the offense. If he doesn’t next season, I’m sure KB will find someone that will pick up his offense.

But he was not that terrible and he did what he had to do to help team win. He had at times great pocket presence where he would avoid a sack and run for positive yards. He has the IT factor that KB has been preaching. To think McCloud won’t learn and improve moving forward is just negative thinking

That is ok cause he is a freshman. QF didn’t have a great freshman year. I seen enough in McCloud to know that he is a winner. He will be better next season.

I’m just chalking that up to freshman mistakes. He will continue to make them but I think he will have a great sophomore season next year

Lol I wish we could keep drinking those BCS $$$ days but now I think a new generation of USF fans are drinking AAC. Just got to keep drinking and USF will continue to grow

Well said! Yeah, I don’t think I left my seat as the game was too fun to miss. 3-3 is a great recovery from the 0-2 start. 6 more games left to win 3 so would love to see USF finish 4-2 which puts us at 7-5 and bowling. Feels like the season has just begun as USF keeps getting better.

Great to see the USF fan base growing! Bullieve the Big East BCS hang over is finally behind USF so we can start to expect to see USF getting 35 to 40K for each game. Next step will be growing it to 50 to 60k for each game

This! I agree that USF let that GT game get away and the refs sucked. I don’t our best USF teams beats Wisc this season. That team is on a mission and I believe they shut out Mich St like 34-0 yesterday. No shame in losing that bad to them. The SMU game was a shocker to me. I thought we would keep that one close but then again we were starting freshman QB with bad blocking so that game was over almost before it started. Now I think they found their selves and know their strengths and weaknesses for this season. I have faith in KB. And I was happy the defense made plays. I’m still worried about the run up the middle when we play Navy. We are good at defense when other team is scambling around as our speed catches up with them. Navy is one of the best blocking teams that we will face so im not sure how we can stop them

Think McCloud showed us enough in UConn that he can pass. Just needs to heal up and I think he will be fine

This is well said. And I think it goes with my thinking in seeing a lot more USF fans showing up to the games this season. USF is in one of the top conferences imo. The AAC has impressed me and countless others. It is no wonder that the new tv contract that kicks in next season will be more $$$ to the AAC than before. Sure I would love to be in P5, but at least we are not as bad a place as some people think. Best case scenario is if the P5 opens the door for the AAC down the road. I love the travel destinations of all be AAC. Just got to keep improving bowl lineup. We are gonna be fine
