  1. Being married and banging Perkins waitresses and porn stars seemed to fuel Tiger’s domination of golf; I honestly would not care if our coaching staff was made up of the most morally bankrupt ******** on the planet as long as they win. My disdain for the staff starts and ends with their inability to produce on the field and I’m not sure how many bonus wins we get for morale character but it clearly isn’t enough.
  2. Fair enough, it certainly would not be a check in the good guy column but relationships are all different and no one really is privy to what exactly makes up theirs or what’s going on within it. It’s my preference on this one subject to always mind my own business.
  3. It’s time for him to move on with his life, you can’t keep trying to chase the dragon when the g-ds are conspiring against you.
  4. They have to occasionally give you hope because if they fully break your spirit you can’t be tortured
  5. Are you trying to suggest that lob would be anything but sincere? How dare you try to besmirch the good name of a fine board member.
  6. KB looks like he is relentless in the buffet line, maybe that’s the thing people are hoping translates to doing something serviceable in his actual job because to date he has displayed none of it here.
  7. At least for the first time ,probably all season, the loss was not mostly on his side of the ball so I guess that’s improvement, thanks special teams. Still if anyone was looking for something standout for us the defense was the closest thing.
  8. I don’t think they would admit to their forbidden love with losing but they have spent so much time together that now they have romanticized it and think we are soul mates. From top to bottom we need to expect to win and then focus on the ways we can make that happen. We have institutional failure because we have created a culture where losing is expected and excused away. Every given week half the teams in the country win and we need to have people in place that actually expect to be one of those teams at current we have people that expect to lose, think it’s not their fault that they are and fans that embrace that. We make me sad.
  9. Then why did they hate and crucify the only coach that wanted to win and grow the program? Since he has been gone there has been more time spent on coming up with all of the reasons we can’t be successful than there has been on just trying to find a way to be successful.
  10. We trained him to fail by continuously putting him in a position to do so, breaking people’s confidence, misusing talent and failing are some of our regimes best abilities.
  11. I couldn’t agree more and it’s where I diverge with the more vocal members of this board. The talent we have is on par with our conference and if we didn’t go out of our way always put people in positions to lose instead of win we would be competing with the rest of the conference. There are people on here that would still call it a talent problem if the coaching staff sent the kicker out to kick a 116 yard field goal, now people will call this hyperbolic but there is no logical reason why it’s any more ridiculous than sending the kid at there to kick 50+ yarders because either way they aren’t making them.
  12. The next time I lie I will try it but I typically like to save the lying for those of us that like to lie to themselves
  13. I will try to find a way to power on with the knowledge that you only responded to my post without fully reading it. Next time I will try to use more pictures.
  14. I’m being honest when I say I wouldn’t. A few games ago CCS and company went for two when the odds say it’s a toss up and we didn’t get it I said I supported the idea because you can’t just determine decisions based on results, if the math says it’s a coin flip either decision can be bad. However that’s not the same at all as having someone that has never made a kick past 34 yards and you keep sending them out for considerably longer kicks that they inevitably miss. If you keep doing something the odds are against and you keep failing the fault is in no one else but your idiocy or hubris.
  15. Yes of course but at some point it happens enough that it’s called a clue you should probably stop for a while
  16. Welllll..... I hate to be the contrarian but when your kickers longest is like 34 yards and you keep trying for 50 yarders part of that is kind of on you.
  17. Those people were smart. A guy that has spent decades in the lowest divisions of football and has one option ever to move up in life and its to coach under a head coach that’s seat is on Fire is probably something below the world beater the board wanted to pretend we signed.
  18. So when people said repeatedly that our talent was near the bottom of the AAC, that’s not what they meant?
