  1. Most people with a three year plan get fired, we need a coach that can actually coach the players on the roster and make continuous improvement not one that can drive us further into the ground with the promise that we miracle our way to progress in year three. This should be a path and every day there is incremental progress, we aren’t building and arch that can’t accomplish a single achievement until the keystone is dropped in place.
  2. We have more talent on paper than half the teams we play, even CCS and KB could get more out of them everyone can pretend that we are on the verge of a turnaround but we have not displayed a single thing that anyone can even pretend is actually a positive. We hired a guy that stated his plan was to not bring in transfers just like Clemson that’s one of the millions of clues that we did not hire for the position that was actually available.
  3. If we recruited our butt off for a single year we would have more talent than 75% of the conference our problems are deeper than the players on the roster and anyone that thinks they need an entire roster of the best players in the conference to just be competitive just isn’t going to ever get it done.
  4. Didn’t CJS say he didn’t want to bring in transfers and only was doing it under protest? You can’t hire corporate people for a start up or mom and pop shop the strategies and expectations are completely out of sync.
  5. I’m sure Jk counted and will let us know via @NewEnglandBull
  6. Is there a big market for coaches that didn’t call plays at Clemson, have their team do better without them and can’t manage to do as well a 1/4 as good as Charlie Strong? Asking for a friend. I think the next coach that manages to win a single game against an FBS program and then gets hired at a new head coaching job will be the first but I’m sure there is always someone that likes the awe shucks routine and saying nice things to the media somewhere.
  7. Enjoy your extra vacation or some better use of your discretionary dollar that just makes you angry
  8. TSA has a long history of destroying any enjoyment of attending our games, as if we needed any assistance.
  9. They are much better than the garbage green jerseys we have had for years while Adidas develops our custom jerseys
  10. I was maybe a smidge older and I did enjoy an occasional Zima (but in all fairness to me you get what you get and you don’t pitch a fit at that age), Zima was just too ahead of its time and now has a bevy of malted beverages that has them to thank. That being said it would still have to be 25 years old at best and I don’t think that stuff gets better with age.
  11. If JK is posting about it then it can’t be good news, someone else is going to break the story that yes there is alcohol but the only option is 30 year old Zima.
  12. They may not be pro losing but that’s not enough one needs to be anti-losing and they certainly don’t seem to be that passionately against it
  13. He knows how to party (I mean his choice in parties is not my cup of tea but no one can deny the guy goes hard)?
  14. I agree it’s clearly the fault of a 19 year old playing for free and making snap decisions and not the adults that are in charge, practiced the play over and over and called a timeout to pick the play and go over it.
  15. In all fairness to them with our typical scoring gaps and our typical number of TDs scores I’m not entirely sure I would have invested much effort in having a plan for what to do if down by two and having just scored a touchdown. You can only have so many plans in place and typically you pick the most likely scenarios this scenario seemed almost unfathomable just a week ago.
  16. I mean that many people claim that there is nothing the coaches can do in order to change their destiny of winning one game this season because they are handcuffed by CCS leaving the team devoid of talent. Some how we were in position to win a second game so that must mean we have since brought in new players as that would not have been possible with the ones that were already on the roster. Unfortunately for the coaches we didn’t actually win the game because we still need better players that can execute the fantastic 2 pt conversion call that would have obviously worked if we just had more players this staff recruited. For most people this would require waiting more seasons to get new players but lucky for us this staff has found a way to bring in new players not recruited by CCS in a week in the middle of the season. Too late
  17. We clearly had a decent recruiting week and then coached up those new players, a couple more players this week and that 2 pt conversion would have definitely worked. You just can’t expect players that only have the talent to come within two at Temple to actually win a game or come within several touchdowns of ECU at home.
  18. It’s not the coaches fault that they called that play just wait and see how it looks again in three years...
  19. I was just happy being competitive and showing some offense winning the half is like Christmas in whatever month we are in
  20. It wasn’t a bad thing at all but the years of pounding away at wanting to be Harbaugh were not a necessary component and they certainly contributed to the failure.
