Yes, I’ve made endless lists of specific things I would do differently. Results are all that matter and they need to pick the most important results and work backwards from there on how to impact them the quickest and greatest. The only default answer to everything is facilities and that’s only because they encompasses the extent of MK’s college athletic program experience. There are people that could have the student section filled yesterday, there are people that get their teams into new conferences every expansion, there are people that fire 2nd year coaches when things are catastrophically not working out, there are people in college athletics that didn’t hand out blanket covid extensions (they are called everyone else) and there are people that land the top coaches they go after but alas these unfortunate souls are not those people. Let’s get the people that make things happen and jettison the people that’s only plans have no clear payoff, cost a fortune, take forever to implement and have no clear this is when it will be enough that we can finally move onto something else that may actually provide value.
