Went to my first ever volleyball game tonight— great atmosphere! Huge crowd (even if it was half Gator) and competitive play. I knew Florida was ranked #11 so I was expecting another 3-0 loss but we really put a scare in them. Wish we could’ve finished it off, but I’ve been to so many USF near-upsets in the past year that it doesn’t phase me anymore…

I’m no defensive coordinator, but I have a gut feeling that it may be wise for us to contain the run game against Navy

I’ve shared a bit here about myself before, but I’m starting my first semester at USF on Monday. I was at community college last year and became a full-blown Bulls fan after going to pretty much every home football and basketball game. Now I’m wondering if there’s anywhere that the away games are broadcasted for students? I don’t have ESPN+ or any extra streaming services, and it would be fun to watch with other Bulls fans. Maybe somewhere like the Marshall Student Center?

It’s a rough time to be a newer fan of the program. I went to a few games growing up, but I was very much a Gators fan. Last year, I had just started at community college and I decided that USF is the school I’d be transferring to. Because of that, I went to every home game of last season and converted 100% to green and gold. I’m too young to remember the glory days of the Big East, and we’ve literally only won 1 game since I’ve been a fan (and it was FCS). My friends support the Gators and Noles over their own school’s program, which is a disgrace imo. Anyway, there’s definitely stuff that I am optimistic about (Goach, the OCS, etc.) but it would be huge to get out of the AAC. Hopefully some miracle will take place very soon, but I am ready to be heartbroken!

I’d gladly go 1-11 again if that 1 win was Alabama

We currently have a better 2024 recruiting class than NC State, Virginia, Boston College, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Kansas State, BYU, Houston, UCLA, Northwestern, Indiana, Utah, Colorado, Oregon State, Washington State, California, and Missouri. Nothing’s said and done, but there’s room for some optimism here.

Our Bulls are going 5-7 or 6-6 in the regular season this year. It came to me in a dream last night. I know we won over FAU but that’s the only one I remember. I’m new here so you all have no reason to trust me, but save this just in case I’m right.
