Dumpster fire of a program, bare cupboard, losing mentality. Yeah 3 years is long enough to be a championship caliber team SMH you can't back up the claim that we don't look better on the field. The team has a stronger feel about them and I know you'll come around. I'm just afraid that some of you have associated the growing pains with CWT, and no matter how successful we may be in the near future, you'll won't be able to enjoy it because of the hate your holding onto.

What is your take away from the second half of the game when the wet ball was no longer an issue and both teams started throwing?

The first half of the game also had rain. FSU want airing it out then either and I'm sure we can rest assured their offense is better than ours.

They would still have the same lack of weapons. Same result

Then you'll never get it homie. We still don't know much yet and the fans don't want to jump the gun like a lot of us did after the Michigan State/Maryland game. I'm not getting duped again this year until I see the actual positive jump in terms of wins. I understand being gun shy. What I'm confused by are those who expect us to lose horribly but then complain when we don't take advantage of small opportunities to win. It's confusing that they expect us to suck but seem to complain when we don't suck enough. If we truly suck you expect us to not be able to take advantage of weaknesses presented by a team that is more talented. How can you then complain when that's exactly what happens?

How can we be in the edge of jumping AND be perfectionists at the same time??? We expect to get blown out as be the worst team in fbs but when we're competitive with a team we shouldn't have stuff a chance with, we fuss at people for seeing silver lining. I don't get it

I don't really understand the CWT hate. He's a quite storm. How dare you talk of taking all of his hard work and just passing what I believe to be a soon to be great team to a guy with more flare.

When will we know what we have? I believe I seen an average offense and a great defense today. What makes this supposedly horrible Maryland team our measuring stick? What will happen in that game to keep people from saying we won't know what we have until after Syracuse or Conference play starts?

Not sure if serious but I think you are 100% right. Flowers was bad today, not just kind of bad, but bad. Two of his lazy passes should have been intercepted. The stats will lie when you look at them. The young man puts too much air under all of his throws and does not possess the ability to put velocity on a throw when needed. We will get lucky from time to time due to his ability to extend plays and hitting an open receiver. As the announcers stated several times, he is a running back that throws sometimes. Really bad, really??? And you're going to say that his stats are lying do there is no way to argue with you... Ridiculous

Some people are ok with waiting forever for the results. I am not. It is year 3, is it not? I believe that we can honestly say the offense looks better than last year. I believe this offense is night and afternoon better than last year's lol Better, yes. Night and Day? That's a bit of a stretch. I chose my words wisely lol I said afternoon not day

I mean I hear you. I just don't get how the 2nd throwing td play happens if he can't throw, Or the 3rd and long dropped pass, or the play at the end of the game? Those were beautiful to me. The ones towards the sidelines were a little off. He created opportunities with his feet but failed to connect I agree. And the deep ball over the middle and on the edge were a hair off. BUT this is the second hand of the season against #11 in the country in their house... I thought he played a darn good game considering what we were expecting. I mean did our offense ever feel anemic??? I felt we were always a throw or broken tackle away.

Jeez, here we go again....are you related to QF or something ? QF played a good controlled game, but the fact is he can't throw and/or accurately. No we're not related. I'm just trying to get a gage on what you expect from a sophomore quarterback in Tallahassee vs.a extremely talented defense and secondary. Did he miss a couple passes yes. Did he cost us the game? Did he put the team in jeopardy? I would say no to both. He made it competitive and kept us in the game. We only have so many weapons and we did what we could. FSU'S quarterback didn't fare too much better, if not for Cook... I mean who could have been back there to make you happy? What could have been done differently by the quarterback? We go in expecting to get blown out and since that didn't happen we're pissed at the offense and qb??? Completely absurd. Bench was promised playing time. and got zero. What good would Bench have done? What would have been the point of putting him in? The same people who will call for him to be out in are the same ones who would very when we lost momentum because of it.
