They never reported any involvement in the Baylor Crisis by Briles. His father was implicated as possibly knowing of some incidents but not the son.
Is USF so holly that they are willing to punish the sin for the sins of the father. I hope not.
In this "Me Too" era in which we live, many are reported guilty without any evidence. While some are truly guilty, lets not punish the innocent just so we don't miss one guilty person.
What was missing at Baylor was oversite, a lack of reporting and accountability. That would not happen at USF. Bring Briles in and let him know our standards and what is expected of him, his coaches and his players. If he still wants the job, offer it to him.
We all have to understand one thing. The only constant thing in life is "Change".
