that is what i thought but the announcers in yesterdays game said all coaching slots were filled so DC of pats and OC of colts got screwed

Report Just In:

The Raiders were close Tuesday to hiring Dallas Cowboys (news) assistant head coach-quarterbacks coach Sean Payton to replace Bill Callahan, fired after a 4-12 season.

Several news organizations reported that Payton would receive a four-year contract.
