Duke Univeristy 1992 wire to wire #1.

There were a couple of Duke teams that started PS #1 but dropped as low as 3 to come back to #1.

If you look at this link: http://www.ncaa.org/library/records/m_basketball_records_book/2004/2004MBasketballRecords.pdf

this is the NCAA record book.

Duke was PS #1 and #1 all year during the 1991-92 season.  I looked at the Kentucky ranking and they were not.

Maybe I am overlooking something.  But take a look at the record book start on Page 62.

In this case no one. Look at the record book.  No one was #1 wire to wire from the 1991 - 92 season, to present.
