It's that time of the year where I get to bore you with another ridiculously improbable scenario about USF clinching something.  Last year it was Women's B-Ball getting to Hartford -- and it happened!  By my count, USF can still mathematically win the Big East's BCS slot, but would need all ten remaining conference games to play out exactly as listed below:

1) USF over RU

2) UCONN over SU

3) USF over UCONN

4) UL over WVU

5) PITT over UC

6) WVU over PITT

7) SU over UC

8 ) UL over RU

9) USF over WVU

10) UCONN over PITT

This leaves a five-way tie at 4-3 between USF, UCONN, WVU, UC, and PITT with all teams 2-2 against each other.  The next tie-breaker is highest BCS ranking, and since we would have the only 3-0 finish among these teams, it would seem likely that we would sneak in.  If no team is ranked, I think it comes down to a vote (where RU, SU, and UL cast the tie-breaking ballots).  Of course, if this scenario ever played out, no team deserves to get in and the Big East should drop to D-I-AA.
