I was at the game and inside the stadium all weekend as my cousin works for the Sox. This kid they messed with is a special ed teacher full-time and the nicest guy in the stadium.  Sox fans are desperate to win and he cheered a little for the home team. This is not  a reaons to get your ass kicked. There were plenty of cops in the bullpen that saw everything and reported what they saw. Funny thing is that none of those cops showed up for the hearing but they had enough down in writing to charge these two yankmee fools.

i am not defending actions of bad guys but can't yankees settle matter bycompensating victim.

assuming ballplayers have no prior record they will get probation anyway should they get convicted.

if what you are saying is true players will lose case but trials suck.very unpredictable

I think they will win their criminal trial but they will lose the civil deal later on or settle first.
