One could argue, that while illegal, cocaine doesn't enhance your performance on the field, therefore you are not cheating the sport by using it.  With that said, I wouldn't vote for him.

should have got in on his 1st attempt.  

everyone in the 80s and 90s did cocaine.  you want to kick out one you have to kick them all out.  

michael just did it in hotel rooms with 2 strippers and 10 grams of the stuff.  Let a player play.
