It's not yet posted on-line... but it was shown on Fox's post game.

Boise State at #14 is higher than the highest ACC team (Boston College - #15), which means that right now they have an automatic bid to the Fiesta Bowl.

Pretty smart of the Big East to back load the schedules.  It's paying off with exposure.

I agree.  The BE is taking a hit on the computer rankings because of it, but the exposure the conference is going to get with some very high profile games, potentially affecting the championship, is priceless.

yep, and texas is almost the same computer average as WVU, and much lower than louisville's.  texas played rice, sam houston state, north texas, and OSU, their only tough OOC game.

Saw the show on Fox.  Barry Alvarez believes that the winner of the OSU-UM game and the WVU-UL game will play for the nat. champ if they win out.

That should seem obvious, but with the computer rankings ranking WVU and UL so low, who knows what will happen

So based on this, a win for UL or WVU this thursday, should launch them in the computer rankings and strehghten their position.  Right now WVU is barley better than UF.

any undefeated big east team would be fine in the computer rankings.  WVU and UL have to play each other, rutgers, and pitt.

With WVU, Ville, and Rutgers all slated to play each other in the next month, their computer rankings will rise.  I believe that WVU will win out, but it would be interesting to see what happens if it is Rutgers that wins out.
