Oaks Christian-St. Bonaventure Game Is a Sellout

The Sept. 22 nonleague football game between Westlake Village Oaks Christian and Ventura St. Bonaventure at Ventura High is officially a sellout, St. Bonaventure Coach Jon Mack said Tuesday.

Each school was given 4,000 tickets, and none are left. There will be no tickets available on game night. The 7 p.m. contest will be televised live on FSN Prime Ticket.

St. Bonaventure, ranked No. 1 in the Southland by The Times, is looking to end fourth-ranked Oaks Christian's 33-game winning streak, currently the longest in the state.

The game is generating national interest because Oaks Christian quarterback Jimmy Clausen has committed to Notre Dame and this will be the first top-rated opponent he has faced in four years of high school football.
