HGH is the one that causes the enlarged skull...  actually called Giantitis... ironic eh?  SF Giant with Giantitus.

If they drilled holes in his skull, then if his brain got bigger (Which i don't think happens) it would probably go into the hole and cause problems anyway.  Regular steroids don't cause giantitus, as far as i know, just the Human Growth Hormone version and one other... not sure the type.

Both do cause feminization of males and masculinization of females as well... so if Barry is wearing a manzierre or bro, then that is more damning evidence ;)

Its not imaginiation... it was an article in the USA today in March, about HGH/Steroids...  I'm basically recapping what the article said...  The article was focused more on professional wrestling, but the symptoms are not just for wrestlers.  Wrestlers are dropping dead left and right because of HGH and steroids.  Granted they use higher quantities and put their bodies through more torture to get the chisled look, but it still is pertinant to the Bonds issue.
