not sure, but you are likely to die an early death... if your skull was meant to grow, it would on its own... screwing with nature like that with HGH is gonna result in brain damage since there will be more room for it to flop around in there.  And if the arguement is the brain grows too, the what happens when the brain grows too much... then hemmhoraging occurs... if Barry has been using HGH, and i hope not, but think so, he is in trouble by the 2010's.
