If he can stay healthy, he will be great, maybe not elway or marino great, but still great.  He'll mature into something great.

He will be one of the best ever in NFL history and will redefine the position.  No one in NFL throws a ball like Vick, he flicks his wrist and throws it 75 yards.  Best arm in NFL by far and no one outruns him though he needs to learn when to run and learn to not get hit.

They said the same thing about Randall cunningham and he stayed healthy for quite a while.  Even you cant deny that he has the best arm in the NFL and being a young guy on a badly coached team does not help him but hopefully he will put it all together before someone rips his leg off.
