History means nothing... it just says how things went, not how they will go... yes, the bruins choked, but it wasn't a freaking curse, it was lack of desire!  If boston was cursed we wouldn't be one of the best teams in baseball, best basketball team ever, one of the best hockey teams ever, and in the middle of a football dynasty in the making.  You might think its tough being a boston fan, but really, its awesome and i'd much rather be boston fan than pittsburg pirates or san fran giants   ooh, now that would be aweful.

History? Why do they play the games then? Was history on Marlins side to win two WS already?  Tampa had never won a super bowl but did a couple years ago though history was not on their side?  The bruins did choke no doubt about it, it happens as that is what the 9th time in last 10 years that a number 2 seed in nhl lost to a 7th seed? See history was not on our side ;)

the City of Boston had all 4 of its pro sports team make the playoffs for the second strainght season.  Is there any other city that can make that claim? How about any other city that can make that claim for just last season?  Boy we are really cursed.
