The 14-team event comprised of all Florida schools continues Saturday and Sunday.USF's Fernanda Rivera and Daniella Ronderos are tied for second place with a first round 75, one shot behind leader Merina DeBiase of Rollins. Amanda Smith (77) and Mary Calderon (78) are also among the top 10 after the first round.Ryder Florida Women's Coll. Miami & FSU finished 3rd and 4th:USF Women Finish Second in State Championship USF finished seven shots behind Rollins in the Ryder Florida Women's Collegiate Championship at the Don Shula Resort in Miami Lakes, shooting a final round 306 for a 54-hole total of 923 in the 14-team event.Fernanda Rivera led the USF effort, finishing fourth with a 228 total, five shts behind medalist Charlotte Campbell of Rollins. Times............ ;DGOLF: The USF women finished second in the Ryder/Florida Championship in Miami Lakes. The Bulls shot a final-round 306 to finish at 923, seven shots behind winner Rollins, in the 14-team event. Miami was third at 924 followed by FSU at 927. Fernanda Rivera led USF, tying for fourth with FSU's Katie Quinney at 228. ... The Florida women finished 10th out of 18 teams in the Bryan Park National Collegiate in Brown Summit, N.C.
