Are the Vikings a worthy opponent for the Cowboys' season opener?

--The NFL rewarded the Cowboys for their first playoff appearance in three years with a nationally televised season opener in 2004.

The Cowboys will visit the Minnesota Vikings in Fox’s doubleheader game on Sunday, Sept. 12. The game will be played at 3:15 p.m.

The Cowboys qualified for the playoffs with a 10-6 record in Bill Parcells’ inaugural season as Dallas head coach. The Vikings, 9-7 in 2003, were eliminated from playoff contention on the final day of the regular season.

The NFL announced Monday the remainder of the schedule will be released at a later date.

Belicheck like to golf in canada and we all know law is not welcome in that country anymore so probably not. Law will be on pats this year for his third super bowl ring.  Funny that belicheck has won two super bowl rings without parcells but parcells NEVER won a super bowl ring without Belicheck ;)

Are you sure about that? He spurned Tampa twice and is not real welcome around here. He screwed the Pats, he screwed the Jets.  Where has he ever left on good terms?  Also what city did Belicheck get tossed out of? He was fired by Moddell if that is your reference but he certainly was not run from NY as he left on his own and screwed them Parcells style!
