    I think you can say moving the game to Thanksgiving was not the ratings success ESPN had hoped for. Hopefully the UCF home game next year is not back on Thanksgiving.

    I do not. That game tape was destroyed and burned in effigy. Haha I do have the 07 uconn loss though. One of the few losses that never got taped over. So close to winning that one.

    I'm pretty sure I have a copy of the 07 WVU game. Think it even has some of the pregame countdown show and a little postgame. I'll see if maybe I can get it uploaded this week.

    Since I have been going through my old USF game videos I decided as I did for the 2010 Western Kentucky video to upload some more to YouTube since there was a serious lack of USF games on there.     I was digging through some of my old video recordings of USF games and I found this one. I thought some people might be interested to see it since it was the last time we played Western Kentucky. Also because it was when Taggart was still coaching there and one of the headlines of the bowl game is him coaching vs his former team. So I uploaded it to YouTube for all to see.     That game is on a Saturday afternoon and Beamers last game. I think a ton of people will be tuned into that one unlike our game on a Monday afternoon that is 2 group of 5 teams. I'd rather be going to the independence bowl.

    The date and time of this game stinks. Neither me nor my girlfriend will be able to make it or watch it due to work. We were hoping after all these years to attend another bowl game.

    Smu and Navy have a sort of rivalry. They even have a trophy for it, the Gansz Trophy. Might be part of the reason Navy wanted to be in the west.

    Got 9 votes in the ap but 0 in the coaches. Again just shows you how the coaches poll is based on name and reputation only sine they hardly ever even watch the games. Also I wonder if the playoff committee will actually rank Houston this time since every other poll once again has them ranked and the playoff committee left them out last week.

    I hope it's not Miami because if it is there is no way I can go. Not on a Monday during the day the week of Christmas. There is no way my gf and I can get out of work. If it's that game we won't even be able to watch any of it.

    I hope it's not the Miami bowl. Not only could I not attend it I don't even know if I could watch it since it's on a Monday at 2:30 in the afternoon. Plus if we have to play football on a baseball field I'd rather it be at the trop since that's at least local and on a Saturday. Heck I'd rather the cure bowl over Miami, at least that is also on a Saturday.

    I think uconn has a shot. They have won 3 in a row. They beat ecu solidly, struggled offensively against Tulane but held them to 3 points, and they took care of Houston.

    uconn beat Houston without Houston's starting quarterback playing and they just did not look the same offensively. I still think uconn can beat temple though. Uconn has a history of winning some big games they maybe shouldn't.

    A bearcat is a binturong. I believe they have them at the Cincinnati zoo.

    I watched a lot of this game and the announcers mentioned next weeks game a few times. In each mention they kept talking about us in very positive way and how we were on the rise. They also mentioned several times that the game could decide the American east if we get past Cincinnati and temple loses.

    I'll be there with my girlfriend as we have been for every home game so far. The only thing that I can think of that will draw people away is the Lightning play against the Florida Panthers at Amalie Arena at 7pm on Saturday. As an avid Lightning follower I know these days they sell out every game and get tons of people to watch or tune in on tv. For me USF is always my number 1 and I will always pick to attend their games over any other team that conflicts but sadly not more people fell that way with how bad we've been the last few years.
