    Maybe very recently, but otherwise that makes no sense. TX has had one good season in 20 years and suddenly theyre back because theyve been playing in such a tough big 12? OU finished one spot higher in the CFP than LSU this year.

    They smashed a 9-3 LSU team. FSU isnt moving up where the talent gap is that much different.

    FSU is as good as gone. Zero chance they submit a lawsuit against the conference without an offer from another conference.

    Mid to Low tier P5 teams have no reason to feel superior.

    I think we win 6-8 games. I feel like we will plateau unless the defense really turns it around. '25 is what I am looking forward to. 3rd year in this system and let this recruiting class get up to speed. Then we have Boise State, @Florida, @Miami.

    It has been a few seasons since ive gone to a game, but man they are so much better than I remember. Maybe it is due to how bad the teams have been but they have gotten so much better. Sat right next to them at the bowl game and the songs were awesome. I especially like the faux FSU chant thing where they do the ohhhh ohhhh oh oh. I could see it being an awesone chant.

    I think the remnants of the ACC will merge with the big12 unless the tv companies can filter out some of the lower level schools. VT might be in for a rude awakening

    Cuse, pitt and BC are basically gonna be uconn...i wouldnt want any part of the NE schools football wise. Wake forest and NC State ehhh

    The race is now for NIL money IMO will come down to businesses and individuals. The schools in these small towns without business or huge alumni support seems like they will die out. Think Oregon State, Wash State, Iowa State, etc.. USF is setup to be great long term. They just need to handle football.

    I was right next to the usf band. I couldnt hear the cuse band at all, so i dont the open end caused it. I just dont think sound travels well in that stadium at all. Speaking of sound, you couldnt hear the refs either. I took a walk to the home side of the stadium and could hear them clear as day. Must not have the money to put speakers on the away side or to afford enough beer. That being said, if the new stadium is that much nicer than the FAU stadium I will be happy.

    Something I noticed during the last press conference before the bowl game. When he got up and walked away that he remembered that he didnt push his chair in and came back to do it. Small thing that can say a lot.

    Does anyone have this video? I enjoy his cockiness and how authentic he is. Its the kind of swag we need around here to win. Have to imagine the players enjoy it.

    A dominate G5 program should be in a better position than lower tier P5 programs as far as playoffs are concerned. As bad off as we are it might be in our best interest to own the G5 instead of moving up if we can pull it off.

    Hire what appears to be a good coach then invest in the program by adding facilities and having top flight services for players. Weird how that works. Just glad they finally pulled the trigger and are seeing some good results.
