    I think our pass blocking isnt great. Their run blocking seems to be good though.

    I believe someone said GB isnt ready to play. He's not even QB 2 so it was a win for BB by default. Hopefully he keeps the job though

    In the BCS era they had the four big bowls one of which was the national championship. The other 3 were generally the other top 8 teams. This varied due to the BCS rankings being different from all the polls. Regardless, the fiesta was a top 4 bowl during the BCS era. So three wins in a BCS bowl seems pretty meaningful to me

    The win over Oklahoma was the fiesta bowl during the BCS era. They also won it in 09 and 14. Fiesta was one of the major BCS bowls. Are we only considering National Championships meaningful now? If so, what's the point of playing for 99% of teams

    True but he also had to dig the program out of a major hole. The team was on an upward trajectory as evidence by his last two years going 18-7.

    Right but Brown had the same team to play with just later in the year with more injuries. And he didn't have Weaver for two(?) games. GB was fine but his throwing accuracy held us back big time. Not to mention he had shoulder surgery so who knows when he'll actually be ready to play

    GB was terrible throwing last year. He excelled due to his legs. I'd be hard pressed to see BB losing out to him. BB showed he was mobile, accurate and poised as a true freshman in a horrible situation. GB was fine but he was more rb than QB.

    I re read the transfer thread. I guess he never entered the portal until today. There was a tweet from will Turner where Coach states Weaver was still on the team.

    I just saw that on his Twitter. I'm so confused. I thought he announced that he entered the transfer portal weeks ago and then pulled his name out.

    They're a PR team. They understand that a large majority of people wanted Deion. They understand that not getting deion pissed people off. They're trying to show people why he was picked. It won't ease the minds of people on here but for people that aren't hardcore they will recognize the names of these coaches and ex coaches. Those fans can at least go, "hey that recognizable figure from college football likes USFs new coach".

    I had them in my original post then I second guessed myself thinking they were in the big 12 since we beat Kansas that same year we upset WV. Forget they pretty much ran the big East along with Louisville
