  1. Speaking of JPP... JPP throws Prince Amukamara in the Ice tub http://www.vumee.com.../video/2014/779
  2. Only because you haven't seen Durden or Montgomery play. Players in their late teens/early twenties should improve by leaps and bounds each year. That is why great college teams start juniors and seniors instead of freshmen. I'm sure we and the coaching staff will see enough of all three early on to make a judgement. I might not have seen Durden or Montgomery play a lot but I sure as hell have seen Baker play and it isn't pretty. So what does it tell you that Durden and Montgomery are behind him on the depth chart? Montgomery is behind Kayvon and is 2nd team after his first fall camp here. Durden is listed as -OR- with Baker as a Redshirt Freshman. Durden and Baker are neck & neck with Baker only winning out and being listed as a starter due to game experience. Baker isn't very good and will get burned just as easily as Durden might but then again Durden also has 4 years to develop while Baker used his 4 never did. I won't be surprised if Baker is replaced by game 5.

  4. I'd rather see Durden or Montgomery than Baker. He just struggles so dang much when he is on the field. If Baker is the #1 pray he has fixed the problems.
  5. See I thought BJ looked fine. He had a solid opening drive for a TD and really only 1 terrible pass down the seam to Griffin that was way out. Starting O line did decent protecting him but BJ did a good job keeping plays alive when they broke down. The worst QB of the day was easily Floyd. Like you stated him and the center had the worst time on the exchange and it didn't help with Floyd fumbling the very first snap. D line looked good, especially the interior and the corners played well. Freaking Murray was running through people like an 18 wheeler even without head gear! Really like the HB toss from Murray and the shuffle pass inside to the TE interesting. All in all a solid scrimmage even though it was cut short. A lot of positives to take away from Vero imho.
  6. We are stacked WR and with more great guys coming in this class there just isn't any room. Good luck to him at TCU.
  7. You mean those shredded bits of soaking wet then dried color paper scraps? Nope they are in mint condition. Now the game program on the other hand has plenty of rain damage.
  8. I'll be at the scrimmage. Haven't missed one in vero yet. Same with fanfest - gotta get my ND tickets signed!
  9. I knew this would happen. FSU fans buying up season tickets just for that game and flip the remaining 5. What a shame.
  10. How can anyone not be? This is arguably the most talented and deep team we've ever fielded.
  11. Popek move is a good one. As for Griffin, him and Trex are equals and are co starters. Griffin was our leading receiver last season. He isn't going anywhere and both him and Trex will see the field a lot this season. Lanaris is a liabilty on passing plays. I love that they bumped Cliett ahead of him. Joyce has passed Lejiste due to his injuries as of late and his poor play last season.
  12. No big surprises on the first chart of fall. If Lynch gets cleared I think him and Mims will share snaps as starters. I would like someone to take Bakers spot at CB, he gives up too many plays. Interesting that Joyce is ahead of Lejiste but I can understand that as Lejiste struggles in coverage quite a bit. No suprises at all on offense. Mitchell and Griffin will share snaps during the year so the or means nothing so don't expect one to pull ahead of the other.
  13. Don't believe that. They said it last time but then I couldn't get it on ESPN3. It's on ESPN3, watched it there this morning around 3am.
  14. I've been wondering as well. Both Floyd and Woulard will be given the keys and I think both have the potential to be productive for us. Hope we don't have a rift between teammates.
  15. I think it was the drama factor plus, I'm assuming, it would have been pretty tough to give equal time to all the competitors from the beginning. All things considered, AW was a long shot at the outset and the first day groin injury didn't help that. long shot? Your opinion. Point one It didn't matter what you did to get there it was a level playing field point two saying he was a long shot is to assume the other qbs were so much better not! 3rd point the film was edited after the event was over they could have presented it however they wanted. 4 AW missed only 20 min of the end of the first day that's it. His performance was literally far superior than any other qbs. Not just saying that but film don't lie. Stay tuned gonna post uncut throws of some of them nobody on the show was a longshot. they wouldn't have been there if the coaches didn't think they had the talent to be great. AW did great and I'm excited to see him play next year.
  16. just tried it, worked fine anyone having trouble! link isn't working for me either.
  17. AFAIK all BCS bowls will remain just the playoff will determine title game.
  18. scrimmage is going on now. Greg Auman â€@gregauman 18 minutes ago First touchdown at USF scrimmage as Matt Floyd hits Ruben Gonzalez for 14-yard score.
  19. They beat you to it. So I'm late to the party then?
  20. why the hell would I need this when I just as easily sneak in a regular flask or multiple bottles of beer in my pockets?
  21. 1) Has to be 2007. 2) Either Gramatica 63 or Bonani vs Kansas 3) Kayvon 99 yards @ Notre Dame 4) Actual 36,905 5) Dinner
