  1. Would you like for me to move on to his 51.8% comp and 0-5 TD-INT ratio? Look, the bottom line is this offense does not suit him at all! I'm sure he can be a good QB, just not here.
  2. Now how cool is that??? Coach Taggart was posting here all this time and we didn't even know it!!! #SMH Try to keep your opinions and reality separate... they're not meshing well at the moment. My opinion: White or Woulard should and will start game 1. Reality: As of right now, we have NO answer at QB. Mesh enough?
  3. That's where it should be. I find it interesting that Scout went out of its way to change that but hasn't added Godwin as a commit yet. smh
  4. The guy he threw it to was open also. The throw was a smidge too far. If he catches it then we are raving about the aggressiveness.
  5. Floyd became 4th string as soon as Taggart was hired.
  6. Floyd's playing career here is over. He's the worst passer on the team, and can't handle a snap under center. Who knows if Eveld can handle the playbook because a decent hit on him breaks him in half. Those of you saying a freshman should never start from day 1 may as well stay home this year, cuz you gonna see either #2 or #14 under center against McNeese State on the opening snap.
  7. In this offense, you don't need to be a superstar QB right away. This is the offense that will protect him during his development and once he gets it, then the options will be infinite!
  8. I have shifted my discussion to the AW thread. I agree to lock this as well.
  9. This kid is a super sleeper. I would say he would be #3 going into camp if AW comes along. #2 if not.
  10. I said legit offers.... as in ones where the school would actually accept his commitment. That's 2 schools... USF and NCST.... Ole Miss has an offer and they'd probably accept a commitment but it's 50/50 right now. Tennessee has moved in another direction and AW doesn't exactly fit in the offensive schemes at ARK and TCU. He wants to play... that's 2 options... USF and NCST. Outside of the made for TV skills contest where the MVP award is completely arbitrary what accolades has he accomplished? For someone you want so badly I can't understand why you want to hamper his growth by starting him from day one in 2013. No one.... not a single person outside of his father that has actually seen him play says that he'll be ready to compete next fall as a QB. If he comes here... and if you want him to succeed as a high level player here, you need to understand that he needs to sit for at least a season to develop and understand the game. AW is a great athlete... right now he's an ok QB... but outside of the Elite 11 contest he hasn't accomplished much of anything.... try to keep a bit of perspective. This is from the Dinovo thread but I will bring it over here since it pertains to AW. Woulard will not come here to sit a season. If he does come here (and that "if" is becoming bigger by the day), he will be the favorite in fall camp. I would say it would be between him and Eveld with White at #3. Floyd will prolly transfer after camp or after the season.
  11. I think Taggart would've gone for that too. Play to win! Not to tie! They did it all year. See Kentucky game.
  12. For those not keen on twitter, Badet tweeted about Taggart calling him right after he tweeted that he might set up a visit with Kentucky soon.
  13. Yes, at the ARMY All American game on NBC. And do you care to place a wager on that he won't throw a pass in D1???? I say whoever is wrong never posts here again.
  14. Man if that's true, it just seems like these RB prospects are dropping like flies.
  15. AW has SEVERAL offers! Including an SEC offer and several other BCS offers. It's not just USF v. NCST! Trust me! Schools have a little over a week to phone him up and offer. Not saying he will get them, but don't be shocked if schools like Tennessee, TCU, and Arkansas slip an offer in right before he makes this decision on Jan 5th. And even then they could still offer and hope he flips. Everybody saying DiNovo > Woulard may very well be on meth. And those wondering why he doesn't have hundreds of SEC offers... it's because he has only been playing QB for two years!! So for this kid to get the accolades he has gotten in just two years time, makes his ceiling quite high. But SEC and other top programs don't have to take this small risk because they can get a much safer commit at QB. We kinda did the same thing, snagging White before another school got a steal, which I think White is. He's a solid insurance policy but I wouldn't put the ball in his hands in 2013. AW I would.
  16. You enjoyed the last three games, didn't you? I didn't enjoy anything about last season. People act as if we were undefeated until BJ got hurt. I also had a bad run-in with BJ at dining hall on campus because he thought he was hot **** all the time cutting people so I've never been fond of him but thats another topic. We weren't undefeated, but at least we scored touchdowns. And I'm sure he's not the only football player that thinks he's hot **** and cuts in line at the dining hall. I'm not trying to make you miss BJ, but this thread is football-related.
  17. Why is a post about Pete Dinovo suddenly moved to the Robert Davis Thread? You can't leave for a half hour without having to go looking for your posts again. It's supermod, Trip at work I'm sure. Don't go out driving , ok, Trip? You mentioned Robert Davis in your initial comment and then highlighted him! I think I can see why....
  18. I have been hearing about Asiantii and a cheerleader at USF. He is having a convo with one on twitter. Maybe his gf??? C'mon AW!!!!! Follow the girl!!! Always the best decision. lol
  19. [ Well **** Well of course he would rather go to FSU than USF.
