    Core fans are the ones there through thick and thin ... Not sure what adjective you can use to describe any fans being eroded right now but core would be inaccurate. I have to wonder that that core number is? Core would be those that continue to donate a decent sum, buy tickets, attend games, buy gear? Re-arrange schedule to watch or attend roadies? I have to believe "core fan" is being redefined weekly, too. So far that is what describes us. Although I did sell our Miami away game tickets last year. We are still making the trip to Houston. We are core fans. Plan on being at all the home games. Our friends know that it is nothing personal, but if the Bulls are at home we aren't available.

    So in this morning's TBT, Tom Jones in his 3 things that popped into my head section had this as #3, "Florida State plays Bethune-Cookman this weekend. Really? Bethune-Cookman? Wasn't Plant High available? Or USF? " I laughed out loud.

    I would hope that CWT gets 4 full years to turn this around. So if he is still here in 2017 I would fully expect us to have turned things around.

    I am hoping that now that we have a bye week, they can engineer some offense around his skills. I never QB'd but I thought Bench looked odd. He released passes from all over, threw over the top sometimes, from the hip others. He threw off balance a lot, sometimes from the back foot, sometimes from the front. Maybe the situation called for it. What I saw looked to me like a guy that would be great in a pickup game. He seemed like he was in need of coaching to gain some consistency in his motion so that there can be consistency in his passing. Have you watched Johnny Manzel? Not text book.

    Only problem I saw was his running style .... like a running back wanting to initiate contact. He won't last long that way and we need him to. I liked his running style. Kid runs hard and tries to punish the defender. It's only a problem if he is doing it vs a LB or DL. He does need to be smart about his battles though and get down our out of bounds to live to fight another day. Been told he has the mentality and toughness of a lineman. Runs like it.

    I agree with pretty much everything you said. The only troubling part is that he went 7 - 5? at WKU after 3 years. So you're telling us that is what our future holds, maybe? I'm supporting whoever is here. Not a happy camper tonight though.

    I have Chrome browser on my phone so I may download it on the desktop and laptop. Have free ports and FIOS's 2nd tier speed so should be OK. Thanks.

    I'd love to see 150+ yards on the ground, 60+% completion percentage, some use of our tight ends in the passing game and a 2 TD+ win.

    Trying to follow some of the technical stuff above but need some help. If I go with Chromecast, the quality will be better than if I just run a cable from the computer to the TV? Tried doing that once and the quality wasn't so good. Didn't know if it was the video card in the laptop or what the issue was. Never tried it again.

    I'm a bit confused. If someone close to Alex is telling you he might flip and you mention it on here why shouldn't I? But the fact is I don't put out everything I hear. I was surprised when I saw a revival of this topic and thought I'd try to confirm it since I hadn't heard anything. And finally, I'm an acquaintance, not a close friend.

    Believe it was ________ Eats It. Changed the name to the team we were playing each week.

    Didn't talk to his dad this week. Will try to catch him next week and see if there has been any contact. Last time we talked (about 2 weeks ago) there hadn't been. The team surrounding Alex isn't very good this year so his numbers may not be indicative of potential.
