Some friends and I purchased Travel package wednesday night, I was suprised that I was only the 45th person to sign up. Its only $75 per sudent and includes round trip bus, hotel, and a meal. The bus leaves at 6:30am on the 22nd and returns at around 3am the 24th. I would to thank SG for the great travel package and athletics for the free ticket.

Any coach that starts a program in a trailer and brings it to a BCS conference is great.

I think early games hurt student turnout. Alot students have jobs they work during the day. Then you have students that casualy go to the games, which 12pm is to early for them to wake up. I guess the only good thing about early games is that they are usally on TV. I personally prefer night games because there is more time to tailgate.

I am holding judgement right for the lack of personel Mac has right now. I think he can coach. Its not easy when your starting back court is a true freshman and a walk on. Dont forget a limited bench for now. He is with out three potiental starters Howard, Jesus, and Gransberry. I expect Howard to control the ball and be leader on the court. I see Jesus to bring some scoring and speed. Size and power is what Gransberry(6'9 270) gives USF inside.

Camping out for student tickets will defiantly go down as one of my greatest experience at USF. A couple friends and I arrived at the Sundome around 9:30pm Tuesday night. We were able to stay entertained pretty much the whole night . It was great hanging out with other hard core USF students, throwing the football around, worshiping GorthE and Leavitt. When it got cold a fire pit was made out of a trash can lid, also snacks and alcoholic beverages were readily available. Some newspaper came and took pictures, plus a news station came by at about 4:30am to get footage of everyone chanting USF. In the mourning athletics provide people with hot chocolate and a few free T-shirts. The athletic department did a hell of a job with ticket reservations (SG should take note of how it was done). All students got a numbered sign up sheet that they fill out. When they turned it their student ID was swiped for validation. Now I cant wait to go to B’ham its going to be a hell of a time.
