    I think its a long shot for WV and UL to both recieve BCS bowls. Even if they did, I don't see us playing in the Gator bowl, with the year that RU is having.

    I have faith in Pat. He is not Grothe but our recievers are doing a better job this year compared to last, and Pat has been there before and is capable of leading this team. With that being said, Matt will be back and starting for this weeks game.

    1)USF Bulls 2)Any team playing FSU, UF, or UM 3)No football, but hockey Boston U. Terriers (mom's alma) 4)FAU, my 1st college and I played baseball there untill I wised up and came to USF to make something of my life.

    I drive 45 min. to my parents/friends house to pick them all up then another 45 min. to the game...Small price to pay to have a DD take you home and crash at the parents.

    I was suprised how many fans were quick to say that USF will win. Its funny how someone on there talked about bulletin board material, I don't think teams really read other school message boards :

    I just watched the game yesterday, and brought it back a few times when CJL had is outburts of "OH MY GAWD" Thought his reaction was great.

    I'm sure there are parts of the stadium where everyone stands the whole game and there are parts of the game where everyone is standing but you guys are intimating that everyone stands for all or most of the game in a majority of college football stadiums. I just find that hard to believe ... Might be time for you to make a trip to football game at UF or FSU...Even the UCF game, I stood the entire time.

    I need to pay closer attention to the games on tv ... I think there's some stuff being blown way out of proportion here. I went to games at Doak many moons ago and did not stand on my seat the whole time and neither did those around me. I go to about 2 games a year at the Doak for the past 3 yrs, and the only time I was able to sit down was at half. I am a young, fit guy, and its gets old standing that long, but its what you have to do to see the game. Its one of those things, "When in Rome..."

    Not only does everyone stand at FSU games but they all stand on thier seats...Not trying to compair us to other school, but just using another example. Everyone says go over to the student section, that's not an option. What happens when the student section is full? What is going to happen when all those students grad. and start getting there seats in the donor sections, everyone is going to start standing. Its a problem with people that are donors and weren't students when we had football, they have no idea on what goes on at college football games.

    ranking the teams outside of the top 35 are a crap shoot. not many people pay a great deal of attention to those teams

    Not bad thus far without a running game...should be 3-3 the rest of the way out, could it be better...

    And 1 of the 3 didn't have a touchdown pass.

    Think we will go 3-3 the rest of the way, maybe even 4-2 with a Homecoming win....Might finish with the 2nd best record in the state.
