ApplePJ, Joe Davis just left today with the Ryder truck holding the football equipment. Since he is a trucker and knows his roads he told us the best way to go was up 75 to I 10 and once in Tallahassee take 27 north to 84 which is Bainbridge, Georgia and head west to Dothan where you pick up 231 and take 231 to I65 on in to Birmingham. I went to AAA also today and picked up a Florida. Georgia, Alabama map as well as a Birmingham City Map. He said most of 84 is 65 mph and divided highway.

Marve would just be one more step to that BCS Title. I am sure Grothe could teach him a thing or two and Marve could likewise teach Matt as well. Man would that help in the recruiting. Just read that we received a verbal from Valdosta, GA, 6'6" 265 lb OT!!! Man we need that front line "beefed" up and that guy sounds good.

We'll be @ 5 points since we aren't driving back till Sunday got to get some rest before driving back. Hopefully we will end up meeting a bunch a fans celebrating after the game!!!!! With a victory!!! Go BULLS! ;D

Just talked to Athletic Office today and they are being mailed today.

Man I was there to meet the buses when they came back from WVU but got to work will be there in spirit. You know there was a tradition when the Bucs went to the SuperBowl the airport firetrucks sprayed an arc over the plane as it taxied for luck. Just a thought!

We don't mind the buffet at cost per head as long as the menu is good and price worth it. Otherwise we would go individual. Just happy to celebrate with you all!

I agree with you E.T. Leavitt is a gift. Yeah sometimes he does not have the finess that some of the other coaches have and does not like being in the limelight as much but he gets the job done. When we met the buses at the Athletic Ctr. upon the team's arrival back from WVU Leavitt stood there with the rest of the team and signed autographs and kept thanking all the fans for coming out. He was just so appreciative and humble. I like the way he sticks by his word and the kids know that and respect that and that is what will carry on and the recruiting will increase because of his team's word of mouth that this guy backs up what he says. His vision will come to pass and I believe as most that he is another Bobby B. or Papa Joe Paterno!!! Kids will want to play for him cause they know they get the real deal when they commit. I love watching him run up and down that field and see the intensity in him when he is coaching. He loves that team and he loves USF! Here's to the future BCS title with Jim Leavitt!

ECU, We have a the full big banner that you hang outside of a restaurant stating, "This is USF Bulls Country" we can bring that if you want to hang it up at the restaurant. Let me know!

Jersey Update: We also have 3 jerseys on order and spoke with Bulls Outfitters today. The Jerseys should be in this week and be ready by the end of the week. Here is what happened. There is no bad business and in fact I stand behind Bulls Outfitters because they got in the prototype shirt and it looked like crap! Several agreed and the company that was doing them couldn't seem to get their act together so they ordered the shirts separately and Outfitters is sewing the #8 on so it will be correct and rest assured we will have them in time.

All I remember reading in the papers earlier in the week that ticket sales had surpassed that of last year within 3 days of the announcement. 8-)

R to the Izzo: The last I heard we were leaving Outfitters @ 5:00 AM on Friday.  However best to call Bulls Outfitters and ask what time the convoy is leaving.  He should have the most up to the minute info. ÂÂ

Hey ApplePJ we are part of the crowd leaving from Bulls Outfitters, last week the count was up to around 25 people. We got ourselves a convoy. Don't forget those CBs if you all have one!!! I don't know about the overtime, I want a decisive win just like UL! I will be there! On quick question though has anybody picked up on the fact that UL's QB is out for the rest of the season with an ACL? It was in the paper a few days ago.

Well folks I have been quiet long enough. I have news for you from a very good source within the team and from what I understand they have been complaining as well regarding getting a new QB coach and replacing Rod Smith! It is not just the players. But those calls up the middle are getting old. I agree we need new blood.

I just wrote the email below to the St. Pete Times. Here is there email address please get behind me on this and storm them with emails. I am outraged to put it mildly at the lack of coverage on the morning of one of the most important games the USF team has to face. Here is a team that has only been in existence 10yr on 12/3 and has climbed their way to possibly a chance at the BCS!!! What a story and low and behold I get a complimentary paper in my driveway this morning and what smacks me in the face is GATORS – NOLES!!!!!!!!!!! Last week on WDAE’s radio after the game talk show they discussed about the lack of attendance at the games. Many callers said the fans are out there but when you see the hometown media not even giving credence to the hometown team that sends a definite message. “It’s not importantâ€Â! Well the media was defended but it was clarified that the papers were more the problem than the radio. Now I have proof sitting in front of me. Your paper doesn’t even give a rip what happens today. The majority of the blessed sport section is “Gators vs. Nolesâ€Â. Give us equal coverage!!!!! After all we are the hometown team. We got 2 little paragraphs! Let me ask you a question? How would the Buc fans like it if the paper splashed articles about other NFL rivals and gave little to nothing regarding the hometown team? You know there would be some squaking. Well now I know for sure that the statement that you are the teams paper is downright BULL! Somebody on your Sports staff better wake up and smell the coffee. This is certainly no way to sell subscriptions! You certainly will not get mine!

I read the whole article and this is some young kid who writes for WVU and does editorials so dah! No wonder why the article is so biased.
