  1. I would have to say no right now. We have a lot of unproven potential on this roster. Who knows how things will shape out. I do know this. If we don't make the BE tourny, it's time for a change.
  2. I love being an SFU Bull. Nice job Athlon, rediculous.
  3. I would say 7pm EST also. I love the night games at Ray Jay. Hope we never see the likes of a Sept-Oct noon kickoff, yuck.
  4. Chucky is a quality PG with a solid skill set and a good head for the game. I don't understand why he is bounced around so much.
  5. Tent, chairs, charcoal minigrill, burgers, brauts, chips, plenty of beer, some rum for the ladies, and some stogies for the guys. Tailgating from 3-7. That's how I roll.
  6. Whatever your opinion of Mac, it is disturbing nonetheless that the attrition of players that HE selected to rebuild this program is becoming the norm. It's one thing to have Seth's guys' bolt on him like Baxter, but Mac and USF have invested time and resources on guys like Dennis. Why do guys keep leaving our program? This is not right, and this is not normal. Our luck with injuries should be reason enough to have a DEEP roster this year. I don't see how you guys can say "we're deep at guard this year, who cares." Come on. I want to see bonafide D1 players on the court.
  7. This is getting effing rediculous already. When will we stop having guys leave? Every season its someone else. Now toss in a few injuries and we are back to square one. I am getting tired of this.
  8. I still think the school needs to do a better job of marketing these basketball games. Attract the casual fan. Do things like lower ticket prices for family packs, arrange tailgates on big games or weekend games.
  9. Velcro, I thought Pittsnoggle was a freak when I saw him in the NCAA's LAST season - a true center with size that can shoot all the way out to the 3 point line, but this season he seemed to regress. I dont know what happened with him. His name does rock though, for sure.
  10. I agree with smazz, but I hope I am wrong too. www.draftexpress.com has SoJo going to the Magic in Rd 2 as well.
  11. My vote is for Frederico Perruzo. Best dunker: Sam Sanders, "Hollywood"
  12. Its isn't a bad job to have anymore. ANY success at all would me more than we've experienced in ages. A trip the the NCAAs and the coach here would be a diety. We play in a quality conference, against quaility teams, in a descent facility. The new sports complex is also an improvement. There is nowhere for this program to go but up. Not such a bad job anymore.
  13. Congratulations Reggie and welcome back!!! What a great hire for this program. I have visions of Reggie one day taking over this program as a young hot shot coach, a la Eddie Munster up I75.
  14. I will never forget seeing him make that catch from Ronnie Bank in the first half @ Bama. That was such an awesome scene.
  15. I would love to see him get drafted but would honestly be very surprised if he did.
  16. beastie, what are they supposed to do? Each year they give plenty of our undrafted guys looks in training camp. Im sure Andre Hall, Tim Jones, and Terrance Royal think they are doing a lot for the home team.
  17. We're really to miss Tim Jones next season. Best of luck to him with the Bucs!
  18. Yeah, cheaper but thats about it. Come on guys, we sound like such homers on here. Get a grip. Andre hasnt played a down in the NFL. I dislike Pittman myself but the guy is one of the best pass-receiving backs in the league and is great at blitz pick up.
  19. if Mac's record at USF reached the level of his integrity, character, and moral compas, we would all be happy campers.
  20. "I love the South Florida fans, and I hope they come cheer me on for the Bucs.†--- Andre Hall You know we will Andre, we're all behind you!!!
  21. Still no answer as to why he wasn't drafted. Very strange.... Although its nice to see him get looked at by the home team, I would have to think that there are other teams with less depth in the backfield that I would think Andre would have a good shot at making. Like the article said, the Bucs are pretty deep at RB.
  22. if Leroy was still in office I'm sure he'd make some calls to his alma mater
  23. What do you expect? We just lost Andre Hall to the NFL and Ponton hasn't had enough touches to garner any national attention? Be realistic.
