    If the weather is really bad, no. But, a little rain won't hurt anything. LOL If I am traveling at high speed I remove the flag because I don't wan't it getting ripped up with the wind and debris which may ruin it.

    I had difficulty understanding the song, even after playing it a few times. BUT anything that promotes our team is A+ in my book.

    In another thread I indicated that I thought Mike Jenkins would do himself a favor if he stayed for his senior year. Assume he can see himself being taken the first day in the draft, what happens if he is let go by the team(s). The diploma is a must. It can give him peace of mind knowing that he has options available to him, especially if the NFL isn't in the cards for him. Regardless, whichever way he goes, I will say Good Luck Mike!!!!

    These messages are getting off the track!!! The post here is about how Jim Leavitt took us from no program 11 years ago to where we are now. We have to try and keep our posts on track. LOL

    It's not that Leavitt has built a winner at USF.....he is the winner at USF. To watch him start from zero to where we are at present is a trbute to the man. I see nothing but positives in our future.

    USF will not be ranked this year. Depending on how we do next year there is no reason why we should not, could not, would not be ranked in the top 25. This year is a lost cause. A win over ECU, even a blow out, wouldn't move us up the food chaine.

    ET, Smoking pot is illegal as I can attest to. Working in a probation office as I do, most of the offenders are drug users, pot, cocaine, meth, etc. Although possessing less than 20 grams of pot is a misdemeanor, it still appears on your record.

    Inspirational to say the least. Aside from the happiness it brings to the kids meeting the players, it also helps to instill in the players the satisfaction of giving back.

    It is nice to see Leavitt's name in the mix, only for the purpose of bringing attention to the program and how far it has come. I'm glad that Leavitt put an end to the speculation that he is available for other teams, at least this year. GO BULLS!!!!

    I would love to be there, but unfortunately I have to work that day if I want to take off on Thursday to travel to Birmingham. I will be thinking about them.

    I don't think it would be in Matt's best interest to leave USF before he gets his degree. Even assuming he goes into the draft, and has the chance to prove himself in the NFL, it is still hard going. Having the diploma is a must for his future...NFL or not. Besides, being a little bit selfish, I'd love to see him running the team forever. LOL Flip, you did a great job with Matt. He will make the right decision for himself.

    Collegiate wrestling is definitely not fake. My brother did it while he was in college until his back went out. The "professional" wrestling such as WWF etc. is baloney. However, you still need to be an athlete in order to handle the spills, falls, slams, etc.

    Who did the Big East name as it's freshman of the year!!!!!! That's all that matters. This is the conference we play in. CFN doesn't do it for me. The Big East is where it counts and they make the right choice. Go Matt, Go Bulls.

    You can't say enough about how great JL is........as a coach and a person. To start up a program from scratch and take it to where it is today is simply remarkable. I really hope that Jim will be coaching at USF for many years to come. I sincerely hope that he will in fact coach until he retires and then sit in the stands watching the team on Saturdays. Jim Leavitt, you are one of a kind........in the very best way.

    Just purchased the long sleeve jersey for myself and the white sweatshirt for hubby. The T-shirt has more USF color in it. The white sweatshirt has both the Pirate and Bull helmets on them. Personally, I prefer the jersey. I will be wearing mine at the game. GO BULLS!!!

    I consider myself an active member, although I don't post often. I am always on line reading posts. When I do post, it is because I think it is of interest, or I am in agreement with a post. I don't post just to get the number of posts up by saying I agree, or right on. I adore the fact that Brad has given us a classy place to voice our opinions. Keep up the good work.

    Very nice article about Matt. I feel very good about the game to come, but I'm not going to say it's a guarantee. Nothing ever is. But, I do think Matt is going to be going places.

    I agree with Mike insofar as USF deserving to be ranked in the top 25 this year. If we had beaten Rutgers I'd say we definitely would deserve to get ranked there. I have no doubt, though, that if we do what we are capable of doing next season we will be ranked up there.

    USF1Alum, I feel for you. I work in an office where you have grads from USF, UF, UCF, FSU and FAMU. However, keep your chin up, and remember in 3 weeks you will be able to tell them where to stuff it. LOL GO BULLS!

    When I read all the hype on other team message boards I crack up. It boils down to one thing only.........USF lets its game speak not hype. Win, lose or draw......a bowl game is fun and to be treasured. After all, this is our second consecutive invite after being in D-1A for only a handful of years. ECU fans can say what they want, but we have progressed by leaps and bounds in the short time we have had a football program. GO BULLS!!

    Basketbull, I think you are confused. When you see -3.5 next to our name, it means we are 3 1/2 point favorites. Don't get upset, you will see the odds go higher before game time.
