    Smith and now CJS, that house is cursed. One thing I’m pretty sure of is the next buyer will not be a coach.

    Where would he conceivably go as a one FCS head coach? He has nowhere to go unless he is looking to be a positions coach or HS football coach and I’m not looking for instability, we invested in his learning on the job and we would be best served for that to pay off (i just wish he didn’t require so much remediation and had hired someone that was ready for the job day one).

    At Hyde Park bar at some some random Hilton Hotel and I see PTI saying happy birthday Denny Crum. He called us the worst fanbase in college basketball and it was probably my proudest moment in USF fandom.

    I like the duality of him how he can both be a cautionary tale of what not to do in order not to blow an amazing opportunity as well as how to overcome the hurdles you keep creating and persevere to greatness while having a positive, conquering attitude. JPP could be the microcosm of USF if we ever get to the whole overcoming step.

    He seems like a pretty likable and positive guy, we should have him around the program as much as he is willing to be there. He can speak to success, over coming adversity and what you can accomplish with your opportunity at USF. I like him and think he can be a strong advocate.

    I think that and the recent shout out at the Super Bowl parade should show he is more Bull than some on here give him credit for and personally I would prefer raising our Q score by our previous players over monetary contributions that tend to be squandered. Also good on CJS for getting NFL alumni involved in the program.

    Idk everyone is capable of doing something you just have to find out what that thing is. We know we aren’t good at hiring coaches, recruiting and building facilities maybe we were born to bribe.

    We need to stop putting money towards facilities and coaches and start putting it towards pay offs, you seem to get a better ROI.

    Pretty close to nothing, it has poor engagement but when it does it is political discussion. You just hit the request password and you are sent the password for access.
