    Make sure they are no bigger than 10 x 10 if you want to use thme in the official lot. We used to have a 10 x 20 and they said we A. needed a permit and B. you cannot get a permit. Fun stuff. I might be interested in one as well.

    Did anyone else watch the College GameDay preview? USF was not even mentioned. Apparently its a three team race: UWV, UL and . . . . Pitt. They did show USF as Bush lept into the endzone in a losing effort. I hope the team saw that as well.

    FKQ advertising - who is doing the USF tv commercials and such - handles local MCD advertising. They have been USF friendly since day one. If you watch the USF 10 year DVD you will see thier logo on the USF sign behind CJL during his hiring press conference.

    I would prefer MG start and lead the team wire to wire this year, in preperation for next year and beyond but I am 90% sure they both will get PT. If CJL doesn't get Grothe in during this game then he is truely blinded by rage and should be medicated. We have had two plus years of not preping another QB and thats enough. You ever notice that you are always angrier when you know you are wrong and are on the defensive? I was thinking that maybe at the last minute, CJL realized that he may be to blame for this offense and knows he is stuck with it for another year and is lashing out at everything.

    I question was the media reporting the suspensions (all team suspensions here are in house even if they arise from criminal charges and not NCAA driven) and making them public. "On their own' or not the stories are newsworthy if for nothing else its a Florida educational institution funded by government money and in Florida college football is most certainly in the public eye. Maybe by those institution making suspension public in the first place they avoided the controversy?     I think thats what the article is about. I think that the Trib published this article because they believe its news when the local team gets bumped off the local tv schedule and without editorializing they put that news in front of the people that could/should be outraged enough to do someting about it. It would be a sadder commentary if everyone expected USF to get bumped for ND and it went without notice.

    Of what exactly? His temper, the media, the wasting of USF opportunity for publicity, his players using drugs, his players passing classes, his recruits getting into school, his offense? Tell me what hs is in control of besides the defense and how many sprints he wants to run at the end of practice.

    No big deal as I see it. All I have to do is adjust my DVR, but its a real commentary on the support USF has for this game in the community. Notre Dame is huge everywhere and USF vs a no name (I apologize MvNeese fans) team is bound to get pre-empted. If its USF vs Miami I think the game is still on WFTS. BTW: Your kidding about hitting the Trib for this one right? They are giving USF good exposure and calling another local media source out not doing it and now they are publishing a negative article. (a 1000 complaints equal far more interested people and worthy of a prominent story, if not why do we bother "stampedeing" our 10 guys?) Geez. Perspective is a crazy thing.

    Yeah he is handling it perfectly, for a two year old. This is not good for anyone. Emotions may be his strength but control and discipline are not even in his vocabulary. I love him but I am worried about this meltdown over so little. What happens when he is really tested?

    JL has extended his "us against them" motivation strategey to the media and fans. Sweet. I wonder if he allow his assistants to speak to the players. Why is he melting down before the season even starts? Its going to be a long year.

    Aw Crap. Is there any chance the intelectually challenged (see Rod Smith comments) will be able to stay away from the most obtuse comments about Mark Mangino? Oh I wait with bated breath to see if they can elevate their banter and get past the middle school level. I doubt they can, they never have been able to rise above thier handicap which is far worse than being fat.

    Yeah I looked everywhere I could think of including the official site. Maybe CJL has extended the media blackout to include the softball questions of his choosing. I love drinking to the awfullys and powerfuls and what could be better than watching him build up McNeese to superpower status. Its a shame if the show goes away, although I doubt that it will because he gets paid to host the television show. Of course now that he is big money he may not need a $50K. "television/radio money that escalates from $40,000 to $50,000 over the course of the five years."

    I am a bit concerned as well, but they always deliver so I am a little excited too. The O-Line has me concerned more than anything.
