    I honestly don't care about any of the games listed...I don't know any alums from any of those schools and why would I watch bad football from no name teams on my Saturday. I'll watch them when they play USF.

    I think Byrum is probably gone after this year for sure. Not sure who else... hoping that Izzy Carter is as good as advertised.

    Unfortunately, where we are, if we have a successful coach, they will be here 2 years max. We will then cycle through coaches until we find a bad one. He will be here 3-4 years and then be fired. It will be a constant process of cycling through coaches until we find a bad one unless we can get into a bigger conference. That's just the nature of being a G5 program. It's hard to build a program without the big money to retain key people.

    I'm going to whatever bowl we get into unless it's too expensive to travel there. It has been far too long. With that said, I would lose my mind to get to play UF in a bowl game. I think I dislike them worse than the tinmen.

    I don't know...I can't even bring myself to watch conference games other than USF... a conference trophy seems like winning a minor league baseball championship.

    Yeah, usf gave out over 20k free tickets to the last game. My wife and I counted how many fans were on our side of the stadium and we got to less than 1k. A high estimate would be about 7k actually attended the game. Many that I talked to told me that a free ticket is not actually free because parking is $20 with concessions you're looking at $20 a person and about $10 for gas, so that's about $50 plus 4 hours of time. $50 is more than most are willing to pay for an AAC conference game. If USF offered free tickets AND free parking, I think that would go a long way to getting fans in the stadium. They would still buy concessions, so you would make money off that and $30 bucks to attend a USF game seems more like the current market price...

    I think we make a bowl unless byrum gets hurt. I think our top end for bowl season if we basically win out would be Birmingham against the lowest bowl eligible team in the SEC, the Gasparilla Bowl against a 6-6 or 7-5 ACC PAC or SEC team...or possibly Fenway bowl. Otherwise, probably going to be in Orlando for the Cure bowl.

    At the end of the year, hopefully we can waive a conference championship trophy in their face! AAC champion is > Big 12 membership.

    Yeah, I think NIL might be kind of a waste until we can get into a better conference with a better TV deal and opponents.

    I've been hype for every Bulls game for like two decades! I just miss the back and forth energy of the big games, the trash talking, the opponent message board banter back and forth. We don't get that much anymore. Hopefully by the Memphis game, we are both ranked going into that game! That would do wonders for hype. I remember sitting in the dorm glued to the TV and watching every game trying to see if usf was going to move up in the rankings and that always got the students heavily involved.
