    Well, it was a fun season, 19 wins was not expected by many.

    Yeah this season the Pac12 is pretty weak, but historically they're definitely #5

    It's the front porch of most Universities. If USF had president who actually cared about sports the football team would probably already have an on campus stadium, plus all the revenue that generates, an indoor practice facility and probably would have fired Woolard sooner.

    After a search on an Ole Miss site, their fans absolutely fans hate him. My favorite post was taht he should be hung up by his underwear on a flagpole. That was pretty much the tamest one. They felt he handled the firing of Andy Kennedy in a terrible way. They also do not like how he handled the NCAA investigation into the football program.

    Right now they do not have any scholarships available. I hear that Zack Dawson will give them more offensive punch next season but I also hear that he is more of a scorer than a shooter.

    I don't think CBG ever landed a pure shooter at Dayton or Georgia Tech. If he landed one at USF it would be unicorn recruit.

    UCF was able to overcome it because they are one of the best defensive teams in the country. Also UCF free throw percentage was weighted down tremendously by Takco. He only made 36% of his free throws. USF had multiple players shoot low percentages: Rideau, Durr, Kiir, Yetna, Castaneda were all below 70%. Rideau, Durr and Kiir could not make 60%

    The team did not over-perform. They beat the teams that they should have beaten except for The Citadel. But, thanks to the man who sits next to me at games, I was not shocked when the Citadel beat USF and set a new record for most 3's made in Yuengling Center. Look at who USF lost to in conference games. The top four teams in the conference plus a lucky shot at the buzzer at Tulsa and Sunday to SMU. That is not over-performing. Not with the talent they have on this team.

    Antigua did land Jahmal McMurray. Also, Antigua found David Collins and Justin Brown. Before the Austin Peay game someone told me that Antigua spent too much time chasing Dominican kids and not recruiting Florida kids. He also said that Antigua didn't understand how to play the transfer market, especially the graduate transfer market. He's a great assistant coach though.

    I hate to say it but in basketball the P6 conference is the Big East.

    The CIT is mostly mid/low major programs. Teams like Liberty and Sam Houston State. No thanks. The CBI has better competition than the CIT but either way schools have to pay a fee to play in those tournaments. No thanks. Give the players a couple of weeks off accept for injury treatment then start off season workout program.

    Other than winning the SEC tournament I don't know how anyone could make a compelling argument for Florida to get into the NCAA Tournament.

    He has a stress reaction in the foot that he broke a bone in during the summer of 2017. Basically an overuse injury. He may be done for the season. I know a runner who had a stress reaction in his tibia. He was in a walking boot for three weeks. Then limped around for another two weeks before he started running again.

    He was "sick" according to something I read elsewhere. Nik has been through a great deal in his young life. Lied to by adults who made some big promises about helping his basketball career. Despite the lack of playing time this season his time at USF has been a happy time in his life. Hopefully he finds success and happiness in his future when he returns home.

    It was such a selfish shot to take and it bought him a ticket to the bench for the rest of the game.
