Go ahead, make fun of UCF's Erector-Set stadium that shakes when fans stomp their feet, but at least they stomp their feet and they stomp them on campus. Thursday night felt like college football. I like USF athletic director Michael Kelly, he's a can-do guy, but any chance of USF ever making a Power Five conference rides on a partnership with its I-4 neighbor. At present, UCF would do all the talking if the two schools ever got in the room. It leads the way.

I totally forgot about CCS’s salary increase. At 2.5 mil he will be just about the highest paid coach in the AAC, think Norvell makes 100k more.... not sure how I feel about that.

We have had only one common opponent with Tulane, Tulsa, and we scored about the same with Tulane having a larger margin of victory.

Losing 5 of our last 5 is possible. Although statistically I think that is unlikely.

All this talk about beating C, we have zero margin for error, one more loss and who cares if we beat them, another year not playing for a championship. We have a brutal three game stretch before playing C and I think thier toughest competition is now behind them.

I know that is a popular opinion, but is the summer heat and humidity really that different in Tampa than Atlanta? I mean we are not playing a team from Northern Washington State.

I mean, its a full length bull.. it is bound to look similar to other full length bulls.... its what the animal looks like.

It was a win and it was good to see the other QBs get reps. Our defense as a whole was concerning. But for the numerous tipped ints, the game would have been much closer than it should have been. But hey, this has become normal for our first game over the years. GT will provide the first real test and I am excited to see B.B. throw against an FBS opponent.
